Is there a way of reading archives of this forum? I'd like to read comments from 9-11-01 as the events unfolded. If anyone knows how to access FR's archives from that date, please let me know how. Thanks

Same here.
I finally lost it when I saw the Pentagon hit... It scared me to my core.

BCM, BKO....and 3000 more. So many loved ones lost on that day, lives forever changed.
My screen's suddenly gone blurry.

Great question birdman.
Gives me the opportunity to ask one I always wonder about:
On a given day, say I visit FR around 6 am. Next time I log on it's 10 am and I would really like to get back to a great thread which was active around 6. I can't remember the title of the thread (don't even go there!). Is there a way to jump back to a certain time on a certain day? I sure wish there were...

I finally lost it when I saw the Pentagon hit... It scared me to my core.Gawd....and the WH and Congress being evacuated, thinking the State Dept. was hit.....all those horrible memories. Just going back in time and thinking about it floods me with emotion.

This thread will probably get most of the threads linked from 9-11 so it will be one to bookmark for the future.
Nice to see you last week. Take care.

Reading through these old threads does more to steel my resolve than anything else. Let's finish the job! Never, ever forget!

Thanks for the links. Although this reply is addressed to Peach, it is meant for all of you. Call me a sissy if you want, but reading those old posts has me on the verge of tears. May we never forget, and God forgive me, may we never forgive.

Yeah. When you load that link, just change the number at the end of the URL. Add to it to move forward in time, subtract from it to go back in time. Play around with it.
To: birdsman
Ditto that, birdsman. Too many people are acting as though it never happened and can't happen again.
