No, they do not work for Caterpillar, any more than the cashier or service writer at your local dealership works for Ford, GM, or any other manufacturer. Peterson Tractor Company employers them, and it is a Caterpillar dealership.

I suggest going to that site and replace their canned letter with this one:

This is more than enough evidence for you to file legal action against them for harrassment and intimidation according to federal RICO statutes.
