How many of you have family in the military. We could be missing an opportunity to be speaking as a group to counter the left.

Yes I am. It was suggested at the Canteen that I start another post. This is an idea to put out press releases to counter the left from conservative military families.

I do love the threads promoting good news but it is a lot like preaching to the choir.

You need to be a little more specific than with what you are trying to do. Ragtime Cowgirl does more than good news threads.

What we be very helpful is for miltiary families to speak back at the left wing groups who state that they speak for all of us.

My family has been in this country since the 1690s. Members of my family have proudly served, protected, or guarded this country since the beginning in every war from the Revolutionary War to Iraq.

armymarinemom does great activism work on behalf of her sons and the troops - fighting the French-like "veterans'" groups (Kerry's "Vietnam Veterans Against the War"), and other domestic enemies with powerful microphones, like ANSWER.
FR is a great meeting place for military families, Veterans, troops - who have traditionally, and rightly, been there for each other.
Cal, thanks for pinging the war news crew.
Pinging a few more military Freepers that aren't on the list, but may be interested in joining fellow Veterans and other military families in this fight.

I agree. I think that is the goal of all active freepers. That is why we disseminate the correct sourced news, are active in the FR Networks, virtual freeps and what ever else we can get our teeth into.
Whatever you want on the table. We are here to make it happen.
