I would be interested to know who is actually sponsoring these people. It could be a foreign government, or it might be the same old leftist donors from liberal American foundations. But, since this ROVE, I would suspect a political motivation related to Kerry more than I would suspect a foreign government.

This is a new tactic, organized and funded by the Mexican government to influence our immigration policies.
