What do you think of this for a pro-life billboard?

Some of you might be wondering how my billboard project is going? So far we have not made a final decision.
What do you think of this for a billboard. My 17 year old son created it tonight. We have a few other ideas to work on before my final meeting Friday.
My idea is to exhort people to vote prolife. One of the partners wants to appeal to pregnant women who are making a decision.
I will give Mr. Silverback the credit for suggesting the wording to me.
TOPICS: Your Opinion/Questions

I like it but I would refer to children as babies....that's just me.
God bless and Good Luck!

I think it's a good first goal to appeal to a broader population than all pregnant women in the first one.
Looks like a good version to me.
HOWEVER, I REALLY DO PREFER TO USE "INFANTICIDE" for abortion even if we have to put (abortion) in fine print after it.
The left twists words all out of whack.
We need to do the same for good in a proactive untwisting sort of way.

Too many words. Billboards have to be 7 words or less to have proper impact. (sold them for a few years). If you can get the message down to 7 effective words, it will be a winner.
Good luck!

INFANTICIDE80% of the country won't even know what the word means.
and I think 'babies' would have more impact than 'children'.

I wondered about that. We can always change it.

I worry about it being too many words. But I want to say them. It is on a highway, going right through a small town. People might not catch them all the first time, but will eventually get the whole message.

Great job!!! Go for it!

I prefer the word murder myself. Unfortunately too many people aren't concerned enought to know what the word means.

I don't have a problem with the word "children". It's different than using babies- which is the usual word- and maybe the change will do some good.... Just a thought.

Thats kind of what I was thinking too. My husband said to use the word Americans?

If your target audience is already committed pro-life voters it should hit the mark.
To: Delphinium
I like it!
Your son is very talented. Future graphic artist?

I don't like the question: What are you going to do about it?
People will read the question and shrug it off with NOTHING as the answer. It also implies that people have a choice of either to do something about it or not.
I prefer a declarative statement such as: You Can Help Stop the Killing - Vote Pro-Life. OR simply "Help Stop the Killing - Vote Pro-life."
My suggestion gives the reader a feeling of empowerment that they can do something about it. The question format implies that the reader has a choice, which abortion is not.
In summary I like a declarative statement to an interrogative one.
Good luck

What about the same picture, with the words
"If you don't want me, I'm not a baby."
I think that hits harder.
