...Legislation to overhaul the industry is stalled. But U.S. and Canadian energy regulators released a 220-page investigative report Monday that offers a potential strategy. It proposes:

---Creation of an independent, international overseer that could fine utilities and be funded with industry fees.

---Stronger emergency planning and control room proceedures by electric utilities. **********

...For decades, the industry followed what critics call weak, voluntary guidelines by the North American Electric Reliability Council, and industry group. Monday's report says the council is an inadequate overseer,

-Why was this FirstEnergy-initiated massive Power blackout fired up just 15 miles from HILLARY's Shaker Heights, Ohio booksigning the previous night where she uncharacteristically started blasting BUSH in the Media for his ***POWER POLICIES***..?

-Why did ARNOLD's fellow California Recall Candidate and Friend of HILLARY, ARRRIANA HUFFINGTON, start blasting ARNOLD on TV the next morning just before the Power Blackout for his support of BUSH's ***POWER POLICIES***..?

-Why did the Friend of CLINTON Canadian Prime Minister's Office almost immediately announce for U.S. TV News Media and American Viewer consumption that the Power Blackout was intiated by a lighting strike on a Buffalo NY Niagra Falls Power Station, when there were no lightning strikes recorded in America that day north of North Carolina..?

-Why did BILL CLINTON make a point of visiting his Friend Canadian Prime Minister shortly before this massive Power blackout..?

-Why did HILLARY's Shaker Heights, Ohio Booksigning, already a hotbed of support for a HILLARY Presidential Run, turn out to be a HILLARY for President Rally like at no other previous HILLARY Booksigning Event in front of Media and TV Cameras..?

-Why did HILLARY almost immediately launch into blaming BUSH's ***POWER POLICIES*** for the Power blackout on National TV shortly after it was fired up near her own previous night's Shaker Heights, Ohio Booksigning..?

-Why did HILLARY continue to blame BUSH's ***POWER POLICIES*** for this Power blackout over and over again on National TV for the rest of that day and night, with her last such TV Appearance being a phone Interview on ABC's last late night TV News show of that blackout day 'Nightline'..?

To get to a serious side, our plants try to maintain a highly trained work force for such emergencies. They have lots of hands on training and are mentally prepared for about anything.
Now, our company has taken a broom pusher, gave him a few years training in the lowest position of unit operator, BUT NO TRAINING AT ALL AS A CONTROL CENTER OPERATOR, and have made him a shift supervisor over the control center operators.
He is another liability that the CCOs must prepare for because if this jerk causes us to loose the plant on a trip out he will try to cover his a$$ by placing the blame on us.
His only claim to any ability is he can strut well.

...My Internet System cannot access this Power Blackout Report, but if my understanding of it is correct there was a problem with the Power Lines, natural or not, outside Shaker Heights, Ohio and personnel inside the FreeEnergy Control Room didn't catch it, natural or not and things went on from there.

...All it took for things to get going was for something to "Happen" to those Power Lines outside FreeEnergy and for someone responsible inside FreeEnergy to NOT pay attention to business that particular day.

...The local Political System in Shaker Heights, Ohio is heavily geared toward the leadership of the DNC and the Election of a Democrat President to replace President BUSH no matter what, especially if it happens to be HILLARY RODHAM.

...GORE2000 Campaign Chairman TONY COELHO was treated for his lifelong Epilesy there and thus there is great Shaker Heights representation up on Stage at Democrat Conventions. The Political Leadership at Shaker Heights, Ohio is closely bonded with everyting there and could have a personnel link to the local FreeEnergy Control Room. This bears looking into at the very least and so far it hasn't been.

...Thus the big HILLARY for President Rally at her Booksigning the night before the Massive Power Blackout ...where she was suddenly blasting BUSH on TV for everything Power and contiuned her BUSH Power assault the next day and night on National TV during a "Sudden" Power Blackout.

...Do I think something like this can be planned ahead of time..?

...RICHARD CLARKE's own new book now tells us that he was the one who pushed MTSB Investigators, on behalf of the CLINTON White House, into settling on the CenterLine Fuel Tank as being what took TWA Flight 800 down ...instead of the Missile Strikes that 100's were witnesses to that day.
