Today Show: Matt Lauer Wipes The Drool Off Bob "Senior Moment" Kerrey's Chin
The Today Show

After the traditional morning blood dance over the current casualties in Iraq (with the mandatory views of American wounded and/or killed), The Today Show's Matt Lauer got right to it with former Senator "Senior Moment" Kerrey.
The two faced a tough job of "putting the smear" on Dr. Condoleeza Rice's fabulous testimony from yesterday, but with the help of strategic video editing and omissions, they were able to do it.
They actually were able to find a piece of tape where Boob Kerrey didn't call Condoleeza "Dr. Clarke", or where Kerrey wasn't wandering off into the wastelands of the "9/11 Iraq War Commission".
There was an awkward moment when Kerrey started losing it over the hijacked Flight 11, and began almost shouting at the camera, and Matt.
Fortunately, Lauer was able to wipe the foam flecks off Kerrey's mouth, and slip him a couple of "relaxants" (just kidding!).
Lauer also showed a clip of the vile Ben-Veniste, but his a**-kicking by the indomitable Ms. Rice was also skipped over.
I took a pass on al-Katie Quric's interrogation of Scott McClellan. Anybody catch that portion, and remember the details?

Another tribute to the wonders of creative film editing, brought to the soccer moms of America by the alphabet fraudworks.

Imus on MSNBC is interviewing Kerry right now.
Imus said to Kerry that Kerry "tried to weasel out" of his vote on funding the Iraq war.

Thanks for the news from the front.
Never forget. The Daschle-Schumer Gang obstructed organization of GWB's Administration --->9/11
Schumer's "shot across the bow" regarding Ashcroft, meant less time for Ashcroft to head up the DOJ.

I tried to watch it but got so angry I was afraid I would throw the television out the window. He was even on the other BS show. He was in a lot of places all at the same time.

I have an elderly relative who has voted D his whole life and who used to rant about the family's dimwitted tradition. He's a tightwad who won't splurge for cable so only gets NBC, but thanks to the bs on the Today Show, he's already declared he's voting for Bush, lol.

Kerry on Imus would solve Iraq by reaching out to the UN (i.e., begging them to bail us out).
[Kerry is incapable of leading the US without having to lean on the UN.]

Up until yesterday I was unaware Bob Kerrey was senile.
Guess it can happen pretty fast, although there were early signs such as his running for office as a Democrat.

He wasn't interested in hearing her answers.
He merely sought to tag her with smear after smear.
I guess he left more than a leg on the battlefields of Vietnam!

This could be considered a subconscious signal as to what Kerrey was really thinking.

I think he suffers from Senatitis. Alot of Senators seem to succumb to Senatitis. It is a form of terminal stupidity.
Case in point: Orrin Hatch wanting a law to blow up pc's of people who download music and a Constitutional amendment to allow foreigners to run for the Presidency of the US.

Hmmm.
No questions about Kerrey's 2000 comment that the US should respond to the attack on the USS Cole by attacking Iraq.

I tried to watch it but got so angry I was afraid I would throw the television out the window. Yeah, when The Perky Burkha came on, I let slip with several "expletives deleted" and had to flip back over to the friendly confines of FOX and Friends.

Typical. Most of the people who watch the (ahem) Show, aren't the type to watch 3 hours of commission hearings, and they can spin their coverage to fit their agenda.

Imus said to Kerry that Kerry "tried to weasel out" of his vote on funding the Iraq war. Don Imus' only redeeming quality is that sometimes he lets slip with the truth, to the faces of those who need to hear it most.

Britt Hume showed that quote on his program yesterday. It was surprising.
It should lead today's political news---but it isn't.
