Mc Veigh has a written manifesto of sorts explaining his views. He says absolutely nothing about white supremacy, militias, or anything else we have been spoon fed to believe.

He rants about Iraq, and the 'unjust' American policies in place at the time.

That gives me great comfort when I am explaining to my kids about what happened to their "grammy". What an honorable man. It makes my moms death so much easier to handle.

I have much the same problem trying to explain the circumstances which overtook my own uncle. Appreciate the possibility that Mcveigh was a soldier and died like one, and was doing what he saw as his duty, and was betrayed as much as your kids' grammy was, and if the resulting picture will not become any easier to accept, it will at least be a clearer one.

I was there. Twice the police told us to run because they found more bombs. My dad got right up to the building within about 5-10 minutes before they shut it all down and moved people away. We never got within two blocks after that.

And strangely enough, it only took the government a month to sort everthing out and demolish the building.

Funny that they took all the debris, trucked it to a large pit then covered it with CONCRETE!

Since you evidently live(d) in the area, did you get local coverage that was less lock-step than the national media? I mean these guys managed to arrest the 'lone-gunman' within hours and solve everything in a few days.

I have heard that the local grand jury uncovered many more facts that were simply ignored by the national presstitutes.

A lot of people are also stil waiting for McVeigh's notebooks from his car which had a few Iraqi phone numbers..(which the FBI conveniently seemed to lose in the investigation)

That and the Nichols phone calls to the Phillipines to some shady Al Qaeda types are what Rep. Burton has trying to get to the bottom of for a long time

BUT, @ 1983/84 I was pumping gas at the local Exxon and a white van pulled up at the adjacent pump. The panel door slid open and a black-jump-suited guy got out. He was armed. He slid the door closed as he pumped gas but I did catch a glimpse of a couple others just like him inside. I watched him from six feet away. He met my eye with a look that was half embarassment at having to be seen and half "You're not really seeing me, I'm not here.".

That's my observation. The democrats are plying rough and Bush is going to counterpunch with their own legacy which until now he had been sitting on nice and quiet-like. Which by the way I am furious with Bush over. He had been honoring traditions which those benefeiting from the honor deserved instead to be indicted.

Shame on Bush. I understand it, but evil is such and should not be ignored. An incompetent harmless moron like Carter I can see honoring tradition over, but the Clintons actions barr them from being treated with tradition.

Well, there is a federal investigation into Hillary's campaign financing. I think it was a message from Bush to the Clintons...you should have stayed out of it.
