Who's got VietNam Al looking down his rifle barrel?
One of the next really fun dilemmas facing the dems is how to keep Gore away from a podium during the convention.
One thing we need to say about Gore and TN is that TN finally figured out who he really was in 2000 and denied its native son the presidency. AR never figured out who "their bill" is!
"We're all doomed . . . DOOMED!"
I'm not so sure about that - I think AR knew exactly who he was, and they "kicked him upstairs" to get rid of him...
Thanks for the pic! I need that to post on some other message boards I participate in. Wonder if Al Gore ever saw it?
CA, PA, MI, MO, AZ, MD, WI ... all of them had flagrant abuses repported and all went for Gore. In PA, Gore was "elected: by thousands of absentee ballots with ONLY HIS NAME MARKED ON THEM! Ridge and Santorum held on to their jobs and Bush lost PA by 125,000 votes ... did no one in PA find that in the least bit odd? did no one in Philadelphia happen to notice that Ed Rendell and the gang registered aliens and that they were not removed until after the election and their votes allowed to stand, or that warehouse districts regularly turn out 90% of the "registered" voters whose addresses are not houses?
Ashcroft flooded MO and MD with agents for the last by-election and guess what happened? Clear Republican wins. The electoral rolls have to be cleaned up in every state. This is not rocket science.
The biggest abuses?
And believe it or not, plain old multiple voting, ballot box stuffing, and fake ballots are still in common use in the inner cities.
Throw in Motor Voter and we are damn lucky an American is still President, instead of Vicente Fox! Now, we have another scam to worry about and that is pure electronic or e-voting. Forget about that. With a an increasingly large number of Third Worlders wandering in and out of polling places we need picture ID for registration, NO mailing of absentee ballots unless they are signed for in person.
Let's wake some people up at the RNC and get this discussed.
"These people want you to entrust the nation to them."
Your screen name aptly describes the entire Democratic party leadership.
Wow! How embarrassing. I never saw that photo before. Was that really in a German parade? If so, when and what was the occasion?
Good Lord, but seeing them lined up that way is really and I do mean genuinely scary. Three faces filled with a blazing hatred. But they are not Dem Party fringe wackos (every party has a few of those). They are former and current holders of high elective office.
I was going to say Florida, Wisconsin, New Mexico,
Washington, and Pa. And we finally had a fairly
clean election in Md -- even though the Kennedy Klan
tried their best to fix it for Kathleen in the statehouse
race. Indeed, the Justice Department kept it somewhat
honest. But they couldn't be everywhere in Baltimore and
Prince Georges County.
Never, simply because that would make us sound as far away from the mainstream of thought as former VP Gore does in his rants.
We aren't going there. That sort of attitude only plays to the hard-core among your own side, not to undecided Independents and swing voters.
There were election "irregularities" such as voting machines being found in the trunks of DNC personnel cars, polls kept open past legal limits, missing ballot boxes, and other such things in New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Florida.
"We desperately need a national security team with at least minimal
competence because the current team is making things worse with
each passing day. That's what we had. We had minimal competence.
"This administration is simply out of control. There is no controlling legal
authority, no legal controlling authority, no authority legally controlling,
no legal authority controlling, oh heck, you know what I'm trying to say!?"
This at least is encouraging.
Thanks for the info.
LOL! I'm in MA. When Dukakis ran for pres, I saw lots of bumper stickers: "Dukakis for President - Get him out of Massachusetts!"
"Mental wounds still screaming Driving me insane I'm going off the rails on the crazy train."
Perfect quote.
Kinda sad that Al Gore sounds more burnt out and nuts then Ozzy does.
Well, kinda sad. And it kinda reminds me of a line from a great movie.
"Smells like...victory."
Oh, and while I'm at it: AL GORE FOR DEM. NOMINEE IN '08!!!
