RE: Initiate Investigations of Planned Parenthood Today

I have just heard of a report, issued by Life Dynamics, that makes my blood boil.

The organization commissioned a young woman to pretend she was 13-years-old and call Planned Parenthood facilities nationwide, claiming she was pregnant by a 22-year-old man and asking if the clinic would give her an abortion without advising her parents or the authorities.

Even though it is against the law in every state for a 22-year-old man to have intercourse with a 13-year-old, over 90 percent of Planned Parenthood phone counselors agreed to help cover up this sickening crime and even encouraged the fictional couple to continue this illicit activity.

According to the 2002-2003 Annual report for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the organization performed 227,385 abortions and received $254.4 million from the federal government.

That’s my money, and I don’t want it used to promote child molestation.

I urge the Congress of the United States to investigate this obscene conglomerate for possible RICO violations and to de-fund the organization immediately. Planned Parenthood is engaging in criminal conspiracy and must be stopped.

I cannot imagine a clearer example of violating the separation of church and state and establishing a state religion -- they were teaching Islam and not just teaching about Islam in a public school. Can you imagine the outrage (and rightfully so) if a teacher in a public school said, "From now on, you are all Christians. I will baptize you and require you to pray in Jesus' Name. You are expected to recite the Lord's Prayer in class every day and we will observe Communion every week. No one is exempt from these requirements and I will not tolerate any dissent or questions." The secularists would have a heart attack and most Christians would think that the teacher was a nut and was abusing the children and making a mockery of Christianity. The leftists find this acceptable because the Islamic fundamentalists and what is left of the communists are joining up in common causes.

We should all be calling "Planned Parenthood" with a similar situation and see what they say. Keep records, names, dates, times, etc.! They want a war, let's give them one!

Anything that will ultimately undermine the Christian heritage of the nation and the Christian foundation for our law and culture, must be promoted by the bible-rejecting left.

This is the quality of judgement and justice we get from token appointments.

I don't think she's -- properly speaking -- a "token." She's a Clinton appointee and (one would guess) exactly what he was looking for. She would have been appointed even if she were a white male.

So...what other laws does this judge want me to live by.
I am standing by for her command.

In her ruling, Judge Hamilton threw out the parents' case, saying the religious role-playing was not tantamount to the exercise of religion and the school activities were not of a devotional or religious nature.

Fine. Call her bluff. Maybe 9th Circuit educators of the Hindu, Jewish, or especially Christian faiths should develop instructional materials that exactly parallel the Muslim instructional material and use it as the basis for instruction in those religions as well. Somehow, I suspect that the good judge would find that the Christian (and only the Christian) instruction violated the constitutional "no establishment" clause while the Hindu and Jewish instructional curricula didnot (probably because of their minority religious status).

That's a great idea. It would be fair, since children would be exposed to diverse religions, and, anyway they would be "not tantamount to the exercise of religion" and "not of a devotional or religious nature" according to Judge Hamilton's opinion on the Islam lessons.

She's a federal district judge, not a 9th Circuit (appeals court, the next higher level) judge, so I'm not sure how far her decision applies. Still, if teaching Islam and forcing children to practice Islam is legal, then a semester of 7th grade social studies should just be turned into a religious studies class with units dedicated to the various major religions, since religion was such an integral part of many ancient cultures.

"In our ruling, we, the people, threw out "Judge" Hamilton worthless case, saying her judicial role-playing was not tantamount to the exercise of Law and that her activities were not of a judicial or professional nature."

"Judge Hamilton served as Deputy Public Defender at the California State Public Defender's Office in San Francisco (1976-1980), Administrative Judge for the United States Merit Systems Protection Board in San Francisco (1980-1985), and Court Commissioner of the Municipal Court in Oakland (1985-1991)."

Typical Lib elitist. She has lived off the Government teat her entire life and has never had to compete in the real world. These are the people who want to rule the lives of real working American men and women.

With all due respect, ALL leftist activist 'judges' should be impeached.

The first time one of them reads something into the Constitution that isn't there or overturns a legally enacted Law - bam, Impeachment proceedings begin.

In a December 2003 decision, U.S. District Judge Phyllis Hamilton decided that it was lawful for a California middle school teacher to require students to recite Muslim prayers, get down on their knees and role-play as Muslim adherents.

I vaguely recall this case but didn't pay much attention to it at the time. Did this teacher do any similar role playing with regard to other religions? That would have covered him, IMO.

I'd love to know how he handled the Aztecs....

Listen, in Minnesota the schools have a system in place to assist minors in getting an abortion w/o notifying the parents. This is true. They will give abortions to minors.

Without getting into details, our family was almost minus a relative, and nobody would have known. Thank G-d the young girl choose to tell her parents and they are blessed with a beautiful grandchild.

That's the stuff we're paying for.
