More info. on Cheryl Wiley...plus more Philadelphia connections....

D.A. Announces 10 Indictments (Palisades, NY-April 2004)

By JOHN KRYGER THE JOURNAL NEWS (Original publication: May 4, 2004)

Three Philadelphia residents who police believe were involved in a wild April 3 car chase on Palisades Center mall roads were indicted on assault and forgery charges last week in County Court.

Antonio Bethel, 33, Daniel Mitchell, 25, and Cheryl Wiley, 41, were indicted Wednesday.

Clarkstown police officers were responding to a call from mall security about possible fraud at BJ's Wholesale Club store, and they ended up chasing a Toyota Highlander that police say the three were in.

Police said Wiley tried to run down and hit an officer, two civilian cars and a police car. Two officers sustained leg and shoulder injuries in the incident.

The three suspects are accused of buying a monitor, computer and two watches at BJ's using forged credit cards and forged BJ's cards.

Each was indicted on three counts of second-degree forgery, 27 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, all felonies, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor.

Wiley was also indicted on two counts of second-degree assault, felonies, and reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors.

Sure, really by subbing to this place i was paranoid about my goddamn house being searched by men in black, but this one post caught my eye then i got the hell out of there, here goes:

First of all and least important my belly dance post and God is God
seems to have stirred some people globally. I received praise, hate
notes, "we will stone you now I have spoken to the Clerics and so
forth. All irrelavant to the current conversation but interesting
nonetheless. Shameless plugs globalislamicmedia.com and women's group
globalislamicmedia4women in Yahoo. Now since I have come out of
hiding since several attempt on my life, I can post once more. So...

Airplanes.

a "statement"

Good point, major flaws. Point one, is that the cells in place
didn't just waltz into the U.S. and MANY of them are not Arabic and
some of them are not even Muslim. Some have worked as commercial
pilots for over 3-4 years, or have become sympathizers to the Iraq
cause. Like Mujahideen or Jihad enthusiasts, people can be bribed or
promised huge sums of money to be left with their families for a
suicide mission. I could spend pages on the psychology of this. But
the British MI5 and FBI and CIA are not exactly sleeping. They have
infiltrated terrorists groups and monitor much of the communication.
The AQ has taken the stance of letting them live and being sure they
get false information, but have the illusion they have the inside
stuff. A double agent is a worse problem for them in that he or she
is a hybrid mercenary selling information and never really can be
defined as to which side they are on. I have been accused of this.
Working for the CIA, posing as a terrorists, and gathering
information.

In the real world, some of my closest friends and dearest
relationships are with Muslims. For one, I have the advantage of
seeing past all the propaganda, and who is doing what to who. The
warning to avoid U.S. citizens and transportation is not a high sign
to help the U.S. or Britian find cells or stop attacks. The nukes in
place are far too valuable to be even communicated about by any
other means than personal contact or mail.

EOM and Daleel, although in the outline from the highest AQ are not
heavies in the terrorist world. And EOM if you are reading this,
know for a fact that the U.S. and Brits are due for a little more
serious sabre rattling. But EOMs and Daleel don't say, because they
don't know.

You can retaliate if you know which group did it. Let's say AQ does
it, boom , boom, boom. Okay who are you going to nuke? And how many
civilians will die and how much contamination will there be. What
are you going to do? Nuke Baghdad? Better move your troops out first.
How about Libya, or Pakistan, or North Korea. There are WMDs in the
U.S. I could post this as a tip to either the CIA or FBI board and I
would get a gut laugh if any response at all.

If I knew the info of who, what, why, when, where - I would end up
on a box, with a bag in my hand and a bare light socket in my hand.
No thanks. A very bad hair day.

Cave of Darkness. Well, this is Daleel's favorite diatribe. This is
hooked to an alledged series of nukes which can be watched from
satellite and will plunge the UK and US into complete destruction.
I was told once there is a series of about 10 steps to all this and
a very detailed plan of execution to each. This will included a
nuked Camp David (doesn't anyone ever wonder why presidents flee to
Camp David at the drop of a nuclear threat), White House destruction,
blast in New York, one in Texas, and so forth. LA is a target, Vegas
is a target, and the intelligence people are so easily distracted.
Example, Arabs are not stupid. They can proclaim watch those planes
and then bring in a nuke by Wonderbread Van.

You are all there and doing just fine, because when security goes
up, and it is just too tight to set off the Big Plan, the AQ just
say, okay, not today. It will happen with little warning. The real
hit will not be proceeded with an Osama warning, it will be followed
by an Osama declaration of victory for the Muslim world in Jihad.
The opposite of what the intelligent groups are planning on.

>
> - What is the timetable for this "imminent" attack with WMD? I've

> relaying here literally for almost 3 years now..all claiming that
the

US
> soil. Why?

Before the elections is a key window for the attacks. The AQ feels
that Spain was a great triumph and a pretty indicitave sign that a
U.S. hit, as well as the assassination of the major government set
up in Iraq, and several new in process plots, will kill Bush's
credibility with the public and we will watch is barely 50% rating
plunge to the 20s and 30s and another candidate, not Kerry, will
step forward with my favorite line "Stop the War." and the American
public will by that time be totally fed up and elect a president who
will do just that. The UK and American inteligence are about as
accurate in predicting terrorist attacks as your local weatherman is
in predicting the weather. In London, some bloke gets on the tely
and says clear skies today while I push down the window of my flat
and feel raindrops on my hand.

So, every holiday, at the burial of Reagan, as if the terrorist
would take a private plan with missiles ringing the capital and try
to Kamakazi the ex-prez's coffin, we get an alert. Group minds, yes
they will do it when the security checking is the highest.

No. I think not. AQ and Taliban are not complete idiots. Some of
them have been noted to actually be able to read and write and even
monitor UK and American news.

That is some of what I know. There is not enough there to result in
any immediate arrest of cells or in any serious damage to the Jihad
cause. I do not believe in violence, but I do beieve there needs to
be a resolution here. In American's case it is a simile for
possessing the largest "member" and waving it around at the
seemingly impotent Arabs. And of course the Muslim world is saying
put it away, we have all seen it, yes you can crush palaces with it
and blow up women and children, but isn't there a brain about 3 feet
about that that you should be using instead.

And just FYI, I am giving stuff to you and on my website just as I see it and hear it. If there are conflicts in anything I post versus news reports, perhaps there is a reason.

Not everything that is posted on the Arabic forums is true, it could be posted as propaganda, deliberate disinformation, etc....BUT, when something is posted on several different forums, there is a reason for it...they are trying to get the word out for one reason or another, and that is when I bring it to your attention. That way, the people here at FR, and the visitors at my website can see for themselves what information is out there, and then decide how to interpret it themselves.

Right or wrong, all I am letting people know is what is being posted on the forums.

Correct me if you like, but the words from the forums are not my own...it is the Jihadi's!

The last line caught my attention, is consistent with AQ's wanting to buy trucks, and is consistent with info on Jill's site about transporting nukes in small trucks, using speedboats.

. . .In its last message, North Korea blamed the United States for the longstanding conflict and issued an emotional appeal for reunification.

"We, from one blood and using one language, can no longer live separated and we must put the earliest possible end to the tragedy of national division," the broadcast said. It was reported by Yonhap, South Korea's national news agency.

"The imperialist United States is the root cause of suffering and misfortune that our people are experiencing," it said. "We should take a firm attitude to oppose the pro-U.S. traitorous forces and move forward in the direction of national cooperation."

North Korea Says Koreas Are 'One Blood'

Tue Jun 15, 2:32 PM ET

By CHRISTOPHER TORCHIA, Associated Press Writer

SEOUL, South Korea - With warm words for South Korea, North Korean loudspeakers blared a final propaganda message that reverberated across the demilitarized zone just before midnight: "We, from one blood and using one language, can no longer live separated."

The last broadcast in decades of strident exchanges included harsh words for the United States — "the root cause of suffering and misfortune that our people are experiencing."

The two Koreas agreed to halt the broadcasts beginning Tuesday, the fourth anniversary of a summit between their leaders. The war of words along the heavily fortified no-man's-land dates to the 1950-53 Korean War that devastated the peninsula and left tens of thousands of troops arrayed along the frontier.

In its last message, North Korea (news - web sites) blamed the United States for the longstanding conflict and issued an emotional appeal for reunification.

The broadcast ended with an emotional appeal: "Let's embrace each other, laughing and crying out of joy and emotion, on the day of national unification."

The United States is South Korea's closest ally and has about 37,000 troops stationed in the South in a legacy of the Korean War. Over the decades, North Korea has often tried — largely without success — to drive a wedge in the alliance between Seoul and Washington.

The North's last broadcast began at 11:30 p.m. Monday and ended half an hour later.

South Korea also halted broadcasts at about the same time.

"Now, we announce the historic fact that our voice of freedom broadcasts, which we have aired for 42 years since 1962, are being brought to closure according to the results of inter-Korean working-level military contacts," South Korea said in its last broadcast.

"In conclusion, we sincerely thank the (North) Korean People's Army soldiers who have wished for a peaceful reunification of the nation and listened to our voice of freedom broadcasts until now, and we pray for your permanent happiness," it said.

The North and South also plan to dismantle propaganda billboards along their border in coming weeks. Still, hundreds of thousands of troops remain deployed along the border; the two Koreas have never signed a peace treaty.

The South has used towering electronic billboards to beam weather reports, news and salutations to its communist neighbor. The North rejoined with signs of its own, relaying such messages as "Let's Establish a Confederate Nation!"

When the broadcasts started, one of the main goals of both sides was to tempt soldiers to defect across the 2 1/2-mile-wide Demilitarized Zone, a Cold War vestige strewn with mine fields, barbed wire and tank traps.

Today, the border propaganda seems outdated and ineffective, which is likely a major reason the two sides abandoned it. The two Koreas get their message across far more regularly than they did in the past anyway, whether through official talks or economic and cultural contacts.

Despite the reconciliation efforts, tension remains high over North Korea's efforts to develop nuclear weapons. A third round of six-nation talks on the nuclear standoff is to take place next week in Beijing.

Washington wants North Korea to dismantle its nuclear programs in a verifiable and irreversible manner, while the North says it wants economic aid and security guarantees in exchange for concessions on the nuclear issue.
