When Libya turned over their nuclear material to the US earlier this year, guess where it came to? You guessed it - Oak Ridge.
Oak Ridge has been in the news a lot recently, and none of it good. As part of upgraded demands by Homeland Security, Oak Ridge and their private security firm, Wackenhut, were required to run security checks/takeover simulations. Wackenhut was tipped in advance as to when the drill would take place; they STILL failed.
And Los Alamos and Livermore aren't the only nuclear labs/facilities with missing keys. Oak Ridge is missing approx. 250 keys.

It's enough to scare the bejeebers out of a person. They don't need to bring in nuclear material they can just get it here the easy way.
