Urge Bill OReilly to Put His Money Where his Mouth is on Media Bias
Whatever one thinks of OReilly personally, one must admit that he does not shirk when it comes to criticizing/condemning media bias. OReilly has been one of the most outspoken critics of the blatant, disgusting bias coming from the New York Times and L.A. Times.
Further, OReilly is also known for initiating effective boycotts recall the boycott of a certain company that solicited the endorsement of a certain rapper.
So, I ask you all, please to write a simple, pithy email to Bill OReilly and ask his to put his money where his mouth is when it comes to media bias.
His email is oreilly@foxnews.com
Please send a short email one or two sentences and tell him that if he is serious about condemning media bias, he should call for a boycott of the New York Times, the L.A. Times, and their advertisers. He should call for people to cancel their subscriptions and stop buying the advertisers products/services.
OReilly has no love for the L.A. Times or New York Times remember, they take potshots at him all the time. So, it is reasonable to expect that OReilly might be interested in this sort of move against them.
This one okay?
You mean we aren't already boycotting them
Important action item BUMP!!!
Please ping your lists.
good idea
As I recall, BoR has taken quite a few shots at the NYT and LAT. Just within the past week.
You heard right. I am just wondering why he isn't calling for a boycott of them????
did something happen lately to bring this on?
Perhaps we should reference this in our pithy letters??

TWISTED: LA Times Poll Had Sample With 38% Democrats, 25% Republicans Tue Jun 15 2004 10:13:47 ET
Sen. John Kerry "has taken big lead," according "to an L.A. Times poll."
But the Times poll that showed Kerry "beating Bush by 7 points" has created a controversy over whether the poll's sample accurately reflects the population as whole, ROLL CALL reports on Tuesday.
"Not counting independents, the Times' results were calculated on a sample made up of 38 percent Democrats and 25 percent Republicans -- a huge and unheard-of margin," ROLL CALL claims.
In the end confusion and ambivalence reign at The Factor. His payday though is huge.
I just love him saying that he "competes" with Limbaugh." Allways good for a laugh.
The NYT and LAT have only one redeeming quality, and that is the crossword puzzles. They are the only things in those papers that make you actually think.
I think O'Reilly's just another wise a$$ charleton who knows how to make a lot of money on tv by playing both ends against the middle. He likes to come accross to the general public as a conservative, but he feels no shame in revealing his many liberal leanings. He's a phony.
If we could harness the hot air and pompousness of Bill we could replace petroleum as fuel.
I sent him an Email.
