I'm not saying that people shouldn't be free to do so, only that it is antagonistic and unwise. Unless you can point out where I have called for a government intervention or a law to be passed, you should retract your statement.

That is your alternative.
  1. A free an open society where all are free to exercise their faith (including proselytizing). OR
  2. A totalitarian society in which religious practice is subject to the whims of the state.

Whether or not you have directly called for "government intervention or a law to be passed," the only way to obtain your objective is to promote the apparatus of the state over the pursuit of faith.

Being the target of conversion attempts is a (tiny) price we pay to live in freedom.
