Iran's Links to 9/11 & Al Qaida Come to Light (Pentagon Terrorists Stayed at Iranian Embassy House)
The Backgrounder ^ | June 29, 2004 Asia Time | Bill Gertz

Posted on 06/28/2004 9:59:31 AM PDT by cabrera

Former CIA analyst Doulgas MacEachin, a member of the 9/11 commission staff, said in testimony last week that Iran and its terrorist ally Hizbullah were liked to the Al Qaida terrorist group.

Other US intelligence officials said there is also evidence Iran is liked to the September 11th attacks.

According to the officials, two of the highjackers, Nawaf al-Hamzi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, who were aboard the aircraft that hit the Pentagon, had stayed at the Iranian ambassador's residence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia before entering the United States in January 2001.

MacEachin also disclosed that Iran-Al Qaida ties were revealed in the 1996 bombing of the Khobar Towers residence complex that housed military personnel in Saudi Arabia. The bombing killed 19 Americans.

The attack was believed to be the work of a Saudi Shiite Hizbullah group with help from Iran.

And I would venture to guess there is more from where that came from.

Let's not also forget that Ayman AlZawari (sp) was formerly the head of Egyptian Islamic Jihad before merging that organization into AlQaeda. Islamic Jihad had long ties with Iraq before their merger that the libs would like us to forget as well.

By this time, anyone who doesn't accept the connection is lying to him/herself. Still, it's good to present the facts to the liars.

Iran and Saudi are the two biggest rats nests out there.

Hopefully both will overthrown soon by their own people.

They may need a little help from the IDF/Mossad or from our side.

I think it is becoming increasingly clear that they all work together and support international terrorism with the goal of destroying the West.

The only people who don't understand that are the radical leftists and the ignorant. LOL

I heard a commentator on FNC this morning note that while all this talk is going on about links between Iraq and Al Qaeada, the 9/11 commission will report that it has indeed uncovered evidence of extensive collaboration between Al Qaeda and Iran.

One can only imagine that this will be dealt with via diplomacy, perhaps multi-party talks with several countries? For some reason, we never seem to be inclined to punish Iran for nearly 25 years of terrorist attacks against the United States.

Exactly!

The Hydra has many limbs and heads but only one objective.

Seems like the Hydra analogy fits the current world situation to me.

Iran is between Iraq and Ashcanistan. What a coincidence. Get ready for round 3 after the break.

Bill is among the best. He is a real reporter, not some drugged out lunatic leftie posing as a reporter/writer.

By the way I didn't mean to omit commenting on this part of your previous reply:

"I think it is becoming increasingly clear that they all work together and support international terrorism with the goal of destroying the West."

The events of 9/11 and the response of the left in America and around the world since then, clearly shows how the lefties of America are united with those who hate America in the rest of the world.

We are just scratching the surface of this unified and well funded Anti America group.
