"WASHINGTON (AFP) - Several members of the House of Representatives have requested the United Nations (news - web sites) to send observers to monitor the November 2 US presidential election to avoid a contentious vote like in 2000, when the outcome was decided by Florida.

Recalling the long, drawn out process in the southern state, nine lawmakers, including four blacks and one Hispanic, sent a letter Thursday to UN Secretary General Kofi Annan (news - web sites) asking that the international body "ensure free and fair elections in America," according to a statement issued by Florida representative Eddie Bernice Johnson, who spearheaded the effort..."

#33. I have a slightly different take on that. One side sees Socialist world order, the other sees A Free World!!!!

One side continuously tries to divide the country another tries to unite it.

We have to Stand up for our country to remain Free and for a Free World.

Oh, did I forget to mention that the UN is an organization that includes within its ranks modern slave states, known human rights abusers and sponsor states for terrorism? Sure looks like a criminal association to me. Is it wise to invite criminals to stick their noses into our elections? I really don't think so.

Thank you Bonaparte, I was hoping you'd weigh in on this.

The thing that hit like a sucker punch was that an elected member of the House of Representatives actually wrote the letter.

An outside entity - monitoring a US election...

I guess watching 8 years of treason in the White House itself emboldened the leftists who infest our national legislature.

I was expecting a shuffle response from you.

Who was President on 05/23/2001? Not his Daddy! This is a subject that I am well versed on. Here are some more tidbits that I'd like you to explain.

Now remember.
If one Party, say the Republicans was against the NWO, we would be hearing about it all the time from them. The fact is both Party's are silent on the subject.

Annan in historic meeting with Supreme Court & Congress/is believed to be unprecedented.

The purpose of his meeting with the court is not known but the United Nations is the depository of international treaties. Decisions by its 15- member U.N. Security Council provide a basis for international law.

Did the meeting have any effects on the Supreme Court?

When I saw Senator Lugar was pushing the Law of the Sea Treaty with Bush administration backing, I almost puked!

Yes, I do and I am disgusted seeing his son following his fathers plan for a NWO. People say Clinton was working for it. He was and so is our current President.

If you can stomach it, read some prior nonsense from Congressman Johnson: Budget: Pot Meet Kettle

(Teaser: "We must decide now to adhere to the principals of fiscal responsibility..." Bwahahahahahahaha! I don't think the Congressman is referring to her own party.)

Yeah, she's a doozy, isn't she? Expand entitlements and discourage productivity and innovation, while hobbling national security and military preparedness. A communist's wet dream!

The full article doesn't mention names other than Johnson's, or did I miss something?

That's exactly what will happen if L.O.S.T. is passed. Please email and call Sen. Lugar (R-IN) and call him a Comminist for pushing the treaty.

The facts are that both party's are working for this NWO plan and we, the voters must keep them working for the Constitution, not the UN Charter.

#59. I just checked the "Progressive Caucas" members list. Davis is listed. So that confirms DSAUSA is pushing this, probably along with CPUSA.
