Wheeww! Just caught up...been offline since Friday.
Just saw a report from BK a little while ago. Brochinni had been seated behind the Pros. table first thing this AM, with a large notebook of notes placed at the witness stand, indicating that he would be recalled. But after a closed door meeting with both sides/Judge, Jury was called back, Brochinni took his notebook and left the courtroom. No explanation....

Good... sheesh... let him go. If he is to testify during the state's case, then the state has to call him as a witness. They've called other witnesses lately.
If Geragos wants him back on the stand so he can vilify him, then seems to me Geragos must wait his turn, and call Brocchini then. Let's see, how would he open the questioning...
"Det. Brocchini, you're back here to spin some more lies, frame the defendant some more, and make a mockery out of the justice system, right?"
(To which Brocchini might well reply, "No, I thought you already had all that covered.")
