They don't embrace life or freedom.
Most of them voted against partial birth abortion, for crying out loud.
They condemn war which has brought freedom to Iraqis and yet when Clinton signed the Iraqi Liberation Act which called for regime change, they were all for it.
They don't embrace a free media because the Democrats have included in the most recent defense bill to have Rush Limbaugh taken off the air for the radio station that our soldiers listen to. Never mind that Rush is only played for ONE hour over there and the rest of the stuff is liberal NPR stuff they have to listen to. Our own soldiers have told us this and it's an outrage.
They don't support lower taxes. They do support higher taxes and think they can spend it better than we can. You remember Hillary's comment last week about how they'd take away the tax cuts for the common good and decide how to distribute the $$?
They don't support individual freedom but want a cradle to grave state and total dependency as a way to buy votes.

A better question, and more to the point, is what values do the lib-dems actually embrace? I can't think of any at all.

Capitalism and Free Enterprise--which includes the expectation of making a profit, of course. Profit has become all that is evil in their eyes.

Self reliance. As a matter of fact, they seem to find the concept offensive.
