The satellite on top of the Delta II rocket will observe Earth's climate changes and reveal processes which affect local and global air quality.

NASA TV is broadcasting live web stream showing the rocket on the launch pad at Vandenburg Air Force Base. My slow dial-up ISP is getting superb clarity on RealOne Player.

Launch time is 3:02 a.m.

Bummer, they scrubbed the launch for this morning. They have a red alarm on one of their systems, and the people talking on NASA TV don't specifically know why.

Did you hear NASA say "quiet everyone... please turn to page ___ (?) that's hold, everyone..."

Then I heard several different voices breaking in, one guy sounded fuzzy, very strange. Wonder what happened.
