An update on our son David.
He finally was able to reach us about 2:30 this morning.
After spending two hours with "Documents Control" at the airport in Fuzhou, he was allowed to board his flight to HongKong. He had to list all the contacts he made while there (that had to be verified) then was asked many questions about his reasons for being there, etc. He must have satisfied their curiosity. He is now in HK waiting for the next flight.
Sat. phone still not working. Solar flares???

I think so too. A while back stuff was posted from the jihad boards about entering through Mexico. Can't remember if it was EOM or Daleel who was coming across the border. (I know we don't really deem them credible but I do remember some discussion about it).
One thing I am really concerned about. The frustration is starting to show.
I think of the cornered animal affect.
