A criminal trial takes a unanimous verdict. Whether in Washington D.C. or Virginia, there would NEVER be 12 who convict him. They could have a video of him raping and murdering a woman; they could have several eye witnesses; they could have his confession on tape; still, he would not be convicted.

I'd say he isn't in prison because he is a very very Special Person and Special Persons do NOT have to abide by the same rules and laws that we peons are required to follow.
