Yes, there are 2 give-aways when Bill is talking as to whether he's lying or not. If he's wagging a finger - he's lying. If he's not wagging a finger - well, he's STILL lying.

I know this is an oldie, but you can tell he's lying because his lips are moving. I don't think it's possible that either one of them could speak the truth about anything.

Of course, my feelings are colored by my total disgust of all things Clinton, and I don't think he's at all attractive, but it could be more than looks, maybe some women see him as exciting, and a man with power?
