This is insane. The Kerry Camp released the freaking pictures themselves! The images taken on JFK's *REQUEST* were given to him by KSC on CD. KSC and NASA in general does not release photos "same day", as procedures slow the process. This is such BS, and the sheeple don't know any better.

Thank God. I hope this adolescent reaction on Kerry's part bites him square on the Clymer.

Once the pictures were doctored with the bunny ears, the Kerry people knew they F'd up...BIG TIME! This is even worse than Dukakis in a tank.

The thing that bugs me about this is that the "Republican attack machine" had nothing to do with the release.

Their idiotic PR is being smeared on their opposition as an attack.

Muhahahaha, the "sheeple" DO know better now. Our friend, the internet, has given us the power to post, and post, and POST these subversive photos - with BUNNY EARS!

Kerry can go **** himself and the Edwards he rode in on; I'm looking at the photos RIGHT NOW.

No, no this is great news. Why did Kerry go to NASA in the first place? Duh, a photo-op! Now, he is having to remove his own photos and pretend like he was never there.

What exactly is the Office of Special Counsel (legal?), what is the Hatch act? Help me understand what it has to do with the "Bunny pictures".

I just love this stuff.
I have been laughing every day since these photos can out. We can all look forward to the talking head shows after the election where Kerry campaigners are discussing what went wrong.

And when that day comes I want everyone to get a mental picture. This is one good example.

http://www.osc.gov/hatchact.htm

"The Hatch Act restricts the political activity of executive branch employees of the federal government, District of Columbia government and some state and local employees who work in connection with federally funded programs. In 1993, Congress passed legislation that significantly amended the Hatch Act as it applies to federal and D.C. employees (5 U.S.C. §§ 7321-7326). (These amendments did not change the provisions that apply to state and local employees. 5 U.S.C. §§ 1501- 1508.) Under the amendments most federal and D.C. employees are now permitted to take an active part in political management and political campaigns. A small group of federal employees are subject to greater restrictions and continue to be prohibited from engaging in partisan political management and partisan political campaigns."
