Yup. The story was first posted here by OXENinFLA at 1:22 PM. The Kerry quote was first posted here at 12:37 PM. So it took OXENinFLA approximately 5 minutes longer than Flip-Flop just sat there to get his quote!

NRO ran with it at 8:11 PM. At least they gave credit to My2Cents's blog on Redstate.org. The story was posted there at 11:33 - I don't know what time zone it's in' but that's probably 1:33 or 2:33 Eastern, since the quote broke later.
