Because there are no specifics to the wounds recieved, that would have been annotated on block 27 of the first page, instead, it reads "not applicable"....There were no "wounds" big enough to annotate.
Page 1 is from 1966 when he was discharged as an enlisted person to get his commission. Page 2 was from 1970 when he left active duty to join the reserves.
