It's not as odd as you might think. Believe it or not the CA SC is somewhat moderate. (I do say somewhat.) It's the 9th Circuit Federal court that is notoriously liberal.

Actually, our California Supreme Court is fairly conservative since we removed Rose Dirty Lunatic Left as the top whacko justice.

Something this smart coming out of a California court? From what I read during the 'Ah-nold' & recall stuff, it's my understanding that the Ca Supreme Court is - believe it or not - conservative.
It's the GOOFS on the Federal 9th Circus of Appeals court that are all communists Leftist Loons.
