According to local radio and newpaper stories, Sen. John Edwards will be in Roanoke,VA on Saturday.

As of last night, he had not announced a place or time....so STAY TUNED and plan to come to our FREEP of Edwards in Roanoke this Saturday.

Bring signs, flip-flops and lots of Breck shampoo...

I saw an article from the American Spectator which claimed that Edwards is not drawing in the crowds. Recently he attracted 300 in a room that held over 1000. According to reports many in attendance were not even paying attention claiming they had heard it before. Ever heard of Cheney only drawing 300?

Update: John (breck girl) Edwards will be at Lucy Addison Middle School in Roanoke on Saturday, Aug. 21...doors open at 10 AM. Must get a ticket for admission from the Roanoke County DemocRAT party (no tough questions allowed). Only 500 tickets will be issued for this townhall type meeting.

As a special bonus, Gov. Mark Tax Warner will be there to...so lets FREEP!! Freepmail me if you can come.

Also, people will have Bush Signs there as well!

Just got back from a BIG FREEP and Bush Rally at the John Edwards event in Roanoke, VA....was glad to see Freeper Militiaman7 there as well.

Hope to get some pictures on here but we had about 50 people show up with Bush signs, Flags and anti-Kerry, anti-Edwards signs about 9:30...doors opened at 10. Looks like the Edwards people have learned from the last Edwards rally for 1000 that only drew 200...they bussed people in on several buses, so they can say the rally was "full".

It was WONDERFUL...the Dems tried to have us moved, as we were on a lot JUST ACROSS from the school where the Breck Girl was speaking..but we were on private property..and the owner was with us!!

The leftwingers grabbed some Kerry/Edwards signs and marched down, across from us...lots of angry shouts and DemocRAT IQ 1 finger salutes, but security was tight and the police ran them back up to the school...boo hoo.

The Breck girl passed in his motorcade of many cars and security, along with a PRESS bus...all seeing our chanting Bush supporters.

A great time was had by all!

SW Virginia is BUSH COUNTRY...now Edwards and his minions know that as well.
