The FCC will have to investigate whether the ads are, as alleged, untrue. Think the FCC will look the SBVs in the eye and say they are lying?

The issue here is not the truth of the ad...in the political arena anything goes. The issue is whether the Bush Admin is collaborating with Mr. Perry, the fellow who put up the couple of hundred thou for the SBV ads (compared to the 15 or so million George Soros has committed to defeating Bush).

Folks, watch out. The "industry in the business of suing for a living" that is behind Kerry AIN'T going to screw up this late in the game.
My guess is that they have found ONE micro connection or questionable motive with one SBV. One domino they can knock down IN THE MEDIA of course.
