Perhaps but the Swifties are NOT interested in the political fallout of this. They don't care if it helps or hurts Bush. The fact of the matter is, its not a crime for people who share common values in this country to attend a POLITICAL RALLY. And if we're going to call this illegal, let's ban every liberal group from attending a Democratic Party rally. What goes around, comes around.

Kerry's censorous goons "demand" that the Swift Boat Vets book be pulled from bookstore shelves and you're worried that a pro-America rally may 'look' bad? Kerry's minions seek to literally rape the First Amendment and presently free citizens' right to assemble 'looks' bad?
Unbelieveable!
IMO, that's an incredibly gutless stand to take!

This is nothing, compared to Michael Moore sitting with Jimmy Carter at the Democratic Convention.

The smoking gun will be when John O'Neill sits in the presidential box at the GOP Convention.

Gainesville, Florida.
Just a little info....
University of Florida is here. Dave Matthews will be playing here for the Kerry Magical Mystery tour. Funny thing though, UF said only US citizens can attend show. Doh! So much for being "inclusive".
Home of Kerry collaborator Scott Camil.
30 miles from SBVT Joe Ponder. We had Del Sandusky here the other night and he was freeped.
Liberal hotbed.Tree city USA gives out tickets for removing trees.
If this flier is legit, I really wish the local repubs would have thought that out better. Fuel for the fire. The flier will show up on Nov.3rd as evidence for the florida vote challenge. Watch.

John O'Neill is a Democrat. I believe he voted for John Edwards. The fact the Swifties are anti-Kerry does not necessarily mean ALL of them support President Bush. And anyway, under the CFR law, they can't co-ordinate their efforts with the Bush Campaign. And they aren't.

Since John is not in his state, he has never voted for Edwards. He voted for Gore in 2000 (what a mistake; come on, John) and has not voted for the GOP presidential candidate since 1988.

Michael Moore isn't a 527 organization.

John O'Neill isn't a 527 organization, either. He's a private individual, just as Michael Moore is.

"Liberal hotbed"--not necessarily my daughter is a gator and the school is probably 50/50 I'm sure they have their share of lib/rat professors but I can tell you for a fact the alumni is heavily conservative and they have a "lot" of say about what goes on at the UF. The school only takes the top 5% of Fla. seniors every year, it is probably in the top 10 for the country or very close.

NO SMOKING GUN, JUST MORE DONKEY DUNG.
The flyer simply invites "Swift Boat Vets for Truth" to
a picnic, and rally along with other groups.

...this proves connection between Bush/Cheney 04 and SwiftVets.
Yeah, in the same way that Bush and Cheney are American citizens and the Swift boat vets are American citizens, therefore, there's a connection. Anyone arguing this from the above is guilty of using an undistributed middle. The argument is unsound.

Like-minded people in this country can still get together. That's what political rallies are there for, stupid I never said they couldn't and namecalling is uncalled for.
I was simply pointing out that the MSM will go for the lowest common denominator that the stupid will understand. They will understand a flyer from a Republican headquarters. I'm not saying it's true I'm just saying that's what the dimwits will pound as evidence of collusion and 40% of the country will believe it.
To: concerned about politics
A poster on the thread discussing the FEC request by Kerry said that he/she had received more than one e-mail from Moveon.org and that in their e-mails they give a link to the Kerry campaign for donations.
Now that, to me, sounds like coordination.

HEADS UP! This is no more collusion that this:
A letter to MoveOn members from John Kerry
Dear MoveOn Members,
Three words sum up why we need to take action today: The Supreme Court. I need you to join me in keeping the Supreme Court out of the hands of right wing ideologues. I am prepared to filibuster, if necessary, any Supreme Court nominee who would turn back the clock on a womans right to choose, on civil rights and individual liberties, and on the laws protecting workers and the environment.
If you agree with me that there should be no equivocation, no double-speak, no avoidance of the issue, then sign my online petition today at:
