Best free program for getting rid of temporary files and cookies

http://cleanup.stevengould.org/
This is an amazing free program. Its called CleanUp.
It gets rid of all temporary files and cookies on your computer. It free's disk space and reduces the "clutter" on your computer helping it to run more efficiently. Since i'v been using this, my computer runs so much faster.

Adaware and Spybot for spyware. These are by far the best free spyware programs. I use both of them.

ieSpell is a free Internet Explorer browser extension that spell checks text input boxes on a webpage. It should come in particularly handy for users who do a lot of web-based text entry (e.g. web mails, forums, blogs, diaries). Even if your web application already includes spell checking functionality, you might still want to install this utility because it is definitely much faster than a server-side solution. Plus you get to store and use your personal word list across all your applications, instead of maintaining separate ones on each application.

Software saves you from those embarrassing misspelled titles on FR.

The "Mozilla" Browser Suite. Not only is it immune to all the viruses and security holes that plague Internet Explorer, it can handle your email and newsgroups. The built-in web page program and customizable tabbed browsing makes this a keeper.

I found a nice Free Antivirus program. My Norton AV just expired so I can't get new virus updates. This one looks very good. The version for home workstations is free.

Ok, Adaware is the best free spyware. Its finds up so many spyware programs on your computer. But there are spyware programs that Adaware didn't pick up, that Spybot did pick up. Its best to use both of them. If you were going to use one of them. I would use Adaware.
