In defense of my brother John

MY BROTHER, John Kerry, decided to volunteer to put his life on the line to serve his country in Vietnam. A lot of guys dodged service, but not my brother John. As Bill Clinton pointed out not long ago, when push came to shove, a lot of young men found other alternatives, but not my brother John. He volunteered for service and he went to Vietnam, and by every official US Navy account, he acquitted himself heroically. I watched my brother put his life on the line in service to our country as so many sisters and brothers, parents, and other family members are doing today with loved ones in Iraq and Afghanistan and elsewhere. I am really mad that anyone dares question any soldier's service, particularly my brother's outstanding record in Vietnam.....

Somebody on one of the news panels last week said the only way this is going to "go away" for Kerry is if he sits down and addresses the issues.
Doesn't look like he's going to follow that advice.

Now we know what he'd look like in drag. Has anybody ever seen the two of them together at the same time?

As Bill Clinton pointed out Note to self: When defending someone whose honesty is being questioned, don't cite liars.

The rest of her "plea" is a hoot - straight out of the Democratic Party handbook.

As the story comes out, we find he actually enlisted in the Navy when his deferment was denied upon graduation at Yale. I remember (being 18 in 1971) that was commonly done by guys who wanted to avoid being drafted into the Army. Granted, that was more patriotic than running to Canaduh. It certainly wasn't seen as being more patriotic than joining the Guard, where you might actually be sent to wear BOOTS in Viet Nam.
Whats more, his response upon being sent to Swift boats? Find friendly, antiwar docs who would cough up three purple hearts as fast as possible. Which he did, in less than 100 days. Like the one poster said, "He still owes the Navy 265 days in Viet Nam." It is said, when you are in a hole, stop digging. You would think Kerry's people would advise him of such. LOL

All he is going to do is sic his detectives on any one who dares to buck him. Which is a dictator's tactic.

The rest of her "plea" is a hoot - straight out of the Democratic Party handbook. You mean like this?
Moreover, these vicious attacks are diverting attention from the critical issues affecting Americans today: a lackluster economy, a health-care system in deep crisis, serious national security concerns, the ongoing instability in Iraq, and so on.
Like F'n has anything in his security playbook that augurs in his favor!

Gardner (kerry's gunner) was asked (by Roger subbing for Rush) what he would do if kerry unleashes personal attacks against him or his family. He replied, "Go Hunting"! Roger asked, "Hunting"? Gardner, "Yea, for "payback"!
"BRING IT ON" kerry!!!
