GOP platform pushes amnesty
NJ.com ^ | 8/29/04 | Paul Mulshine

If there are any deluded souls out there who still believe George W. Bush is a conservative, I invite them to examine the 2004 Republican Party platform on the issue of amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Bush is for it. That makes him a liberal. Worse, he proclaims that the amnesty is not an amnesty. So he is not only a liberal, but a liar as well.

My, my cry babies on this forum, no less. I am shocked.

Not crying, asking for fairness. I'm a Bush supporter, and I've been asked to lay off Keyes on this forum, because Keyes is the Republican candidate against Barrak Obama, the Democrat. That being the case, I think it only be reasonable that the same standard be applied to George Bush the incumbant Republican candidate, who's running against John Kerry the Democrat.

If this is allowed to go on in this thread, and a strict hands off policy fence is erected around Keyes, then there is one helluva double standard at work here.

Let me try that again, and preview my post this time...

Who do you support in the cause of rolling back decades of governmental largesse, and promoting conservatism in America?

He didn't like it at all. He's gonna like the next couple even less.

That is a great flyer. Kolbe's name could be replaced by any number of RINO's and be just as effective. There are too many that support open borders.

Spiff is the artist on this one.

I'd be banned if I posted my work. The least offensive element is the Gay Pride parade in the background...

God tells Moses to not persecute aliens because he knows what it's like after being enslaved by Egypt for all that time.

Good try, except the Jews wanted to leave......

Usually the most right-wing candidate that has the likeliest shot of winning.

There are dozens of elections other than Presidential ones, you know.

If you say you do. Maybe we should examine your credentials when you choose to call the President a liar, and match them against his.

Just about everyone here -- and that means hispanics --- says Bush wants amnesty so big business can have cheap labor and cut wages on citizens. Bush won't win this region but will win Texas so I guess the huge tax increases locally won't hurt him -- but everyone knows why the county hospital and schools need so much more money.

Doesn't surprise me a bit!

Your response to that post reminded me of that Indiana Jones movie, where the big ol fat slob was swinging a big sword around acting all bad, and Jones pulls out his pistola, and put a round through him. Hehe....

Dropped him like a bad habit.

But we do have the presidential race, and the issues that you're moaning and groaning about concern the Presidential race.

So then, which Presidential candidate do you support in this continuing effort to roll back decades of governmental largess, who will further the cause of conservatism in this Presidential election?

"Usually the most right-wing candidate that has the likeliest shot of winning."

Just so we both understand this, Bush is the most right-wing Presidential candidate with the likeliest shot of winning...but you're in here bitching about him.

Well, I am aware that in this election no such candidate exists, therefore, your question is based on a faulty premise.

Hispanics are the second biggest block of voters, and a fair number already vote GOP because of their personal beliefs in working hard and keeping what you earn.

I am glad to hear this, California and Florida will be an easy victory for the Republican party.

The Bush Amnesty proposal was never and "Amnesty" and never a "proposal". It's an ongoing fraud on this forum.

One has to wonder what purpose the distortions serve.

Why don't you post some links to FR threads soliciting support for Randy Graf and Prop 200? I probably missed the concerted Freeper support for his campaign, and if so, I'll stand up and apologize to you and your colleagues like a man. Hell, I'd throw money at Prop 200, it's a damn fine initiative. Where are the threads? Where's the proactive campaign. I'm a sucker for positive, leveraging programs of effective support and political change. Show me.

I have no love for Kolbe, but you'll need to demonstrate Graf is something other than a drooling sychophant like Tancredo if you want to beat that powerhouse.

Fat chance that'll happen. It's my observation that you guys are doing NOTHING to help Graf. You're emotionally incapable of anything but sabotage and opposition, which leaves Randy Graf as the "anti-Kolbe". I hate that emotion.

So, answer my question Jack. What are Randy Graf's chances in Cochise County? He should be a lock given the representations you've made on FR over the time I've been here, no? Such an abuser? No GOP voters in Cochise County could ever vote for Jim Kolbe given the story you've given us. Right?

But, I think Jim Kolbe WILL WIN among Republicans. Convincingly. I think you and your vile little buddies here are liars, wingnuts and punk bigots. That's just my prediction, and that's what the 20 post responses to the Graf campaign told me. None of you con-men want to put yourselves behind Graf, because his loss with your open support will show that your efforts on FR to portray Cochise County's status were not shared by other residents and obviously just smear jobs of anti-Bush American Patrol rednecks. Better to not be involved and stay victims of onerous GOP oppression. Right Jack?

But I could be wrong. If Graf wins, obviously your smears were righteous offenses, your representations were accurate and your concerns mirrored those of the majority of Republicans in your County. I'll be the dumb a$$hole here, the guy who is clueless. I'll step up and say so.

We'll see September 7, eh Marshall Earp? I'm confident in the outcome. Just understanding the approach, motives and uselessness of you clowns.

This'll be spun here as another GOP betrayal by you and the rest of the America First, border caring assclown fraud crew here I fear. If the scenario unfolds like above ... as I KNOW IT WILL ... I really don't want any of you creeps in my GOP party, or self-identifying as conservatives.

You had your chance to make a real difference. You did nothing. You LOVE the issue too much.

I'll look you up Sep 8. Should be a Graf asskicking to celebrate. Crow for me to eat in heapin' helpfuls. Proof our immigration zealots are really conservatives of good faith, effectiveness and political wisdom.

BWAHAHAHAHA!

"Well, I am aware that in this election no such candidate exists, therefore, your question is based on a faulty premise."

How is that possible?

You said you support the most right-wing candidate with the highest chances of being elected, and here are your choices:

Now, which is the most right-wing candidate?

And is he the most likely to win from the choice of right-wing candidates?

Yeah, but your question was, and I quote: "which Presidential candidate do you support in this continuing effort to roll back decades of governmental largess, who will further the cause of conservatism in this Presidential election?

I said neither fit this profile.
