You mean like my son's fraternity brothers? My daughter said she was at a fraternity party last night and the guys were talking about the girls and how great they were. One guy told her he was voting for Pres Bush before this but now his roommates were as well!

Is this for real???

I'm 26. I found some of the twins' comments funny, and some stupid. This press release is embarrassing. The twins are 22. Peroutka is 52. What's his excuse?

Absolutely. Let's face it. The Bush girls are hot. Foreign policy analysts, they're not. So let them be the talk of horny young voters.

Showcase them non-stop for the next two months. It's sort of our version of Bill Clinton playing the saxophone on MTV, only not nearly as annoying.

What a humorless priss.

Isn't that word spelled with a "-ck" at the end?

"Peroutka: Remarks of Bush Twins to GOP Convention Foolish, Embarrassing, Dishonorable, Not Funny"

LOL! This coming from the star of the Constipation Party is Hillarious. Actually, if you remove "Remarks of Bush Twins to GOP Convention" you get to the real truth:

Peroutka: Foolish, Embarrassing, Dishonorable, Not Funny...your Constipation Party Candidate.

There is a lot to like about the Constitution Party, in theory. And, I actually agree with his assessment of the twins "substance"... But, it is not his place to reprimand their behaviour. While I disagree with the infantile responses many have posted here, I am glad to know more about the person for whom I have entertained voting. Seems like Mr. Peroutka was simply fishing for exposure, how sad for the party.

I have a feeling many in the age range will as a result.

To Our President and First lady's credit, they have raised two young women youth will identify with. Imagine the difficulty in doing so given the family they come from and office G.W. holds.

This is pathetic. Seeking to gain notice he trashes Barbara and Jenna.

Peroutka, word of warning, Barbara Bush, our former First Lady, is going to kick your butt if you keep this up. better that you disappear quietly before she humiliates you. When she gets through, you'll have to deal next with the rest of the Bush family straight up the chain to their father. You really want him to level a smackdown?

even though ideologically I am far closer in alignment to the Constitution party.

At one time, so was I. But the more I visited their website, the more I doubted that they themselves had a clear grasp of what the Constitution really means. In the hands of a humorless priss (and Hanoi Candidate Kerry is the other priss I have in mind), the Constitution would become a mere piece of paper [to be shredded at whim and turned into spitballs, no doubt!], and no mere piece of paper can successfully defend our rights!

It was, originally, before I decided I'd like the comment to stay.

I think I'm coming to the conclusion that the only place even close to a home for a person who loves freedom is the GOP, despite the positions it holds with which I do not agree.

"But the more I visited their website, the more I doubted that they themselves had a clear grasp of what the Constitution really means."

If you want a very clear cut demonstration of that, look at Peroutka's claim that as president he would end abortion in America on his first day in office. Ask any of his followers HOW Peroutka, given the Constitutional limits on the President's powers, would accomplish this.

Then sit back and watch the tortured plans that they outline.

Constitution Party? Nope, more like the Constipation Party...they're full of it.

Will the media go after Peroutka's remarks about Bush's daughters as much as they have Keyes' remarks about Cheney's daughter?

They might if they knew who the heck he was.

Finally, "Outkast" was not at the GOP Convention.

Actually, Andre 3000 was at the Republican convention. I can't stand it when conservatives get so uptight it makes us all look bad.
