George Jr sent out of Texas by father as a 'drunken liability'(Barf Alert)
Guardian UK ^ | 9/3/04 | Gary Younge

This is so reprehensible I had to do some research about this 'newspaper' Although he didn't write this rubbish I discovered a rather familiar name on their payroll. If you've ever wondered what ever happened to Howell Raines you now know the answer. To think the New York Times made somebody that associates with rubbish like this their Executive Editor makes my skin crawl.

"Bush used to be a drunk"

Yeah, that'll win the election for them.

File this under 'bottom of the barrel, scraping'.

You've got to be kidding. How did Raines get this job? This was the only paper that actually printed true stories about Bill Clinton (when he was President) that the US papers ignored.

any chance they'll be an investigation into kerry's slurry performance last night?

"senator kerry, did you or did you not have any alcoholic beverage before your midnight speech in ohio???"

Come on, if it's relevant for bush, it's relevant for kerry!

I believe you may be thinking of the Telegraph.

This is funny. I think Bush might have mentioned a problem with alcohol once, in passing. None of us had any idea he ever had an alcohol problem.

Christ, what a bunch of idiots. They are running against an incumbent. They still haven't figured that out.

The Guardian (which used to be named The Manchester Guardian before it went national) has historically been the liberal newspaper of record in the UK, much as the NY Times is in the US.

Yet Kerry gives a semi-televised stump speech 3 sheets to the wind, and nary a word from the NYT Cabal.

They'll have to do a lot better than that!

How about waiting unti lten days before the election and then springing an old DUI arrest?

Oh, that's right - the democrat party already tried that in 2000.

I got all that crud in a giddy e-mail from a lib friend today -- 20 pages of it -- it was just incoherent rambling from one bitter woman--totally unsubstantiated by anything and nothing new.

I assume the Guardian has never heard the story of the Prodigal Son? Too bad.

I have noticed a new viciousness by both the Telegraph and the Guardian lately towards W and Republicans. Actually, they sound like little 12 year old girls gossiping.

I guess they figure we won't notice. HAHAHA!

The president has taken some heat for his drinking career and come out of it like a man. I'd hate to see people judging my own life based only on my years as a stupid drunk. It takes a real winner to get off the bottle for good.

This stuff doesn't cut it. We know our president.

Her windows were open so I shouted out 4 more years she fliped me the bird! hehe I've never felt so alive!

Susan Estrogen was raising the same slanders in her column today.

Maybe the Dims will finally get the negative ad backlash they've been waiting for-- only Kerry will get it, not Bush. LOL!

Al Guardian is global HQ for the Hate America Cult, with a non-stop message of demonization, insult, and distortion for its dwindling audience of middle-class chatterati and Islamofascist immigrant.
