You're right. And look at how they handled the actual tactical situation on the ground. Didn't properly secure the enviornment. Didn't properly cordon off the area. The Russians are drunks. The Russians are losers. I feel sorry for every child in Russia. Their parents are --- by and large --- a bunch of hapless dolts.
Well I don't know if I would be so generally harsh, but it does seem that the Russian troops stormed the school Waco-style.
From everything I've heard, they stormed the place only after "negotiations" failed and the muslim terrosists started shooting and blowing up children.
I don't know if things could have been handled differently, but the bottom line is that these muslim terrorists had every intention of killing children by taking over that school in the first place.
We can sit here and be armchair generals on this situation, and call it a Waco thing, but the fact is that these kids were dropping dead already because the muslim terrorists were not giving them any food or water.
They did the right thing for this particular situation. I think that if they had acted sooner more kids would still be alive.

Nor will I. I only hope that the Russians respond to this with extreme measures and send a clear message to these murdering scumbag muslim terrorists so that something like this will not happen again.

The photo of the man carrying the baby remind me of that photo of the fireman carrying the mortally wounded baby in the OKC bombing.
The grief and anguish on the faces of the parents in these photos says it all.
I hate JFK, but I have to agree with you on this one.
Right now, we need to focus on the grief of those affected and hopeully sending prayers, comfort, and aid to them. There is an appropriate time for EVERYTHING and right now, in the early days of this particular tragedy, OUR nation's politics shouldn't mix with this issue.

Oh I don't know if they have a Reno-equivalent...she's one of a kind *lol* I thought they waited too long, and then they resorted to shooting and storming the school,etc. which is pretty much what happened at Waco. This is worse than Waco though. I think the terrorists had every intention of killing the kids at the beginning.
