President Bush and first lady Laura Bush, center, takes part in a moment of silence, Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, on the South Lawn of the White House. They are joined by Vice President Dick Cheney and his wife, Lynne Cheney, right, and other White House employees in remembrance of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
