Susan Brinkman, an investigative journalist, is currently writing a six-part series on homosexuality called "Homosexuality: The Untold Story - A Dangerous New Diversity," for the Catholic Standard & Times, the Archdiocese newspaper of Philadelphia.
In part 3 of her series on the health consequences of homosexual behavior, Brinkmann writes: "The American public has been left largely in the dark about the extent of the medical problems associated with homosexual activity because of the influence of pro-homosexual political agendas.
Brinkmann also notes that a high number of homosexuals appear to have been molested as children as compared to the general population. In one study, the American Journal of Public Health found that 39% of males who have same-sex attraction had been abused by homosexual men.
The author notes that from "an immunological point of view, the body itself considers homosexual acts to be disordered. For instance...substances in seminal fluid...send out 'signals' that are only understood by the female body. When deposited elsewhere, these signals are not only misunderstood, but cause sperm to fuse with whatever somatic body cell they encounter. The historical facts are even worse. In the eighties, the percentage of all Aids cases in the total population were even higher for homosexual males. In fact, the disease spread from the homosexual community into the general population and that lowered the percentage to the 54% figure by 1998.
oh me if I NEVER had to see that word again it would be too soon.....Im SO SICK of homosexual marriage all over the news, news shows showing them kissing and their weddings...why does this HAVE to be front page news ALL THE TIME....it wouldnt be a big deal but it has become one since the clinton administration made them their pets....Rosies ODonnell talking about being a "husband" and such, is about the worst of the worst to me..
Just about any statement you can make about homosexual intercourse defying the design of the body can be made about smoking tobacco, and yet conservatives are the main champions of smokers' rights.
I'm sure many posters will say that the perils of smoking are well publicized, while the perils of homosexuality are not. That's wrong, however: far and away, the number one health threat from homosexual intercourse is AIDS, and that is very well publicized. Any other health problems which are specifically due to homosexual intercourse are minor compared to AIDS, or to the problems caused by smoking.
Any health problems caused by either activity are the result of free and yes, well-informed choices made by the sufferers. Laissez-faire, I say.

Not necessarily true. With todays biological tools and research methods, I think it quite likely that the cause and necessary preventives could be developed.
However, the "homosexual community" works actively to prevent any reseach in the area from being carried out.

Personally, I question the number of AIDS cases spread heterosexually (15%). I bet a large number of those involve bisexual men.
