It wasn't a caller. It was a guy who is there in GA where Hannity is.

Even more reason for the libs to accuse him of being a plant. Whether he was or not makes no difference - perception is reality.

Hannity's biggest asset is that he resonates with the fairer sex. His "tough but in a lovable way" has probably delivered a million "soccer moms-turned security moms" votes over to the conservative side. Just listen to the gushing female fans that call in and you'll understand what I mean.

Conservatism is a big tent.

You and I are in the minority in this forum, when it comes to Hannity "the cute"....

No doubt his heart is in the right place...
No doubt he loves America...
No doubt he is supportive of the right folks....

BUT-- they want us to believe he and FOX are Fair & Balanced - and pair him with Colmes who will bring on the most vile leftist lying bastards on the planet and cute little Hannity can't deal the death blow via a vicious attack to the jugular --- he is out matched in wit and killer instinct...

Yep, that's the whole idea of making the accusation. In debate, if you use an example that is damaging, the knee jerk reaction of the defender is to try and minimize that damage. With respect to one in their midst "getting it", If they are'nt particularly bothered about truth to begin with, the first thing to do is level a charge of planting someone. Another angle on that is to say, well they were never really one of us anyway.. This is a defense mechanism that protects the indoctrinates from having to deal with reality.

I was on a thread just in the past few days where someone from a religious group to remain unnamed advised that a person that used to be from that group disagreed with certain of their policies and stopped attending. He'd been raised in the religion going to their schools, etc and as soon as he disagreed - boom, he was not one of them. Others who convert from a religion - even the same religion - are just evil. But, indoctrinates will be indoctrinates..

I am soooo jealous!!! But my husband already thinks that I live and breathe political commentary with just the little that I can get--oh, yeah, I forgot, I get Savage, too--and would probably leave screaming if I got all those to learn from!

Why do you listen to Hannity if he upsets you so?

Could it be because you're a...

Do you honestly believe it worked? Getting the guy to say stuff on air is a far cry from getting him to actually pull the right lever at the ballot box. I'll bet the guy was just playing along at the end so that he'd get out of there faster.

You are right that he gets most of the ladies. Have you noticed that Tony Snow gets most of the truckers?

Caller: "Sean, you're a great American."

Sean Hannity: "You're a great American. Let not your heart be troubled. Only (insert number here) days until the presidential election. Now more than ever. Just give us three hours a day."

Don't get me wrong, I like Hannity's show, but I'm tired of the above and most of all I'm tired of the softballs he throws to folks like Lanny Davis, James Carville and Janeane Garafalo, to name a few. Good grief, he even says that he and Lanny are friends. The entire Beltway Buddy System reminds me of watching opposing attorneys laugh and shake hands before the start of a murder trial, then have drinks together after it's all over. Makes the whole thing a bit suspect to those of us who are not as hip.

I work at home so depending on my mood, I have the radio on all day.

I usually spend part of the morning with Dennis Prager. Then I try and catch Medved from 12-3. Then I catch the live streaming audio feed for Savage Nation 3-6. That's my all-star lineup.

I can't listen to Rush and Hannity's shallow cheerleading for the GOP anymore. If they showed a willingness to criticize the GOP and go off the reservation on occasion, I would be more into them.
