On his 10/5/04 Late Afternoon Show, Mark Belling, talk show host on Newstalk 1130 WISN, conducted a chilling interview of a woman, "Katie," who had witnessed blatant complicity by the City of Milwaukee Election Commission in WISCONSIN DEMOCRAT ELECTION FRAUD.
Belling's interviewee said that she overheard a city of Milwaukee election official encourage a registration operative to FORGE signatures on voter registration applications.
"Katie" related that on or about 10/4/04, she was in the office of the Milwaukee Election Commission. In walked an operative carrying a stack of voter registration applications, asking to file these forms. The applications were not signed by the person who had solicited them.
Katie said that an election commission clerk suggested to the operative just FORGE THE SIGNATURE of the person who had solicited the applications. The form requires this signature.
So there you have it. A Milwaukee woman witnesses a city of Milwaukee election official encourage FORGERY.

NEITHER OF THESE OFFICIALS HAS DONE ANYTHING TO STOP THE MASSIVE DEMOCRAT VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD GOING ON ALL OVER WISCONSIN. Wisconsin is all but lost to democrat vote fraud unless everyone makes a stink about it now.

Counties in PA that have 15:1 democrat:republican registrations
Nevada getting inordinate amounts of new voter registrations
Double registration in FL and NY...

Lisa Artison is in an appointed position. Mayor Tom Barrett is in charge of her appointment.
Call Mayor Barrett and tell him that Ms. Artison is not supervising her staff well enough. Ask him to post a neutral observer in that office for the next month. His office phone number is (414)286-2200.
You don't have to live in Milwaukee to complain about this. Wisconsin can tip the national election this time!

I have been listening to Mark Belling’s radio show. Yes, it is one of my little vices. Today he talked about a woman named Katie who witnessed something that shouldn’t be happening at the City Election Commission office. Voter registrations were altered at the suggestion of the election commission worker who accepted them from a person who turned in a stack of them. The person who turned them in was allowed to sign in the place of the person actually collected the registration papers on many of the forms.
This obviously can be turned into election fraud in the wrong hands! Is there anything you can do about this? Can you talk to Lisa Artison about tightening things up in that office? How about asking a neutral observer to sit in the office for the next month and watch over things.
Wisconsin is important in selecting the next President of the nation. What you do matters to the country, not just your city.

What is our nation coming too...the only way Bush will be able to win without lawyers calling foul is if he wins by a landslide..isn't there something we all can do to get the Rebulican votes out in mass in the swing states
Rings a lot like the "provisional ballot" scam that's about to be foisted on us. According to WTMJ's Jeff Wagner (sorry, no web link; only heard it on the air), those who cast provisional ballots have until 4 pm the day AFTER the election to provide a form of ID (which in Wisconsin may consist of no more than a cable bill) to have their "ballot" counted.

If the Attorney General wont enforce our laws, if local police and judges wont enforce the laws, I say citizens arrests are in order.
They would not hold up, but it might make the news. Or citizens filing private lawsuits againts polling places/people suspected of fraud.
If the dems can do massive fraud, why cant we do massive lawsuits?

I wonder if freerepublic couldn't file a clas action lawsuit against WI and any other state that engages in election fraud. I would donate to the cause, wouldn't you?

We are doing it. We are phoning. We are registering. We are walking and knocking on doors. We have put out our signs.
Not all of WI is like this. Not all of Milwaukee is like this.
The campaign has plans in place for the cities with universities in WI. They are putting a lawyer in every county and more in the large, urban counties. I can personally take responsibility for 8 new voters who will vote for Bush. I have one volunteer who is responsible for at least 20 and neither of us participated in an organized voter drive to do this.
I haven't seen the total registration figures for WI, but I have read that we outregistered the Dems in FL and PA. As of last week, we were said to have registered 10M new voters nationwide.
No matter where you live, go to your GOP HQ and volunteer. If you live next to a swing state, go visit over the weekend before election day and volunteer. Fri-Mon is GOTV and is the Final 72-Hours. Trainings are available at your nearest campaign HQ.

And on top of all that, a lot of precincts have electronic voting machines for the first time. We do. In fact, I was at a training session tonight (made me miss the VP debate, damn!! :). Election day around here is gonna be mighty interesting. A poll worker has to clear the machine each time a voter votes. We've never before had to be around the voter as they were voting. I'm thinking there's gonna be a bunch of bitching on election day.
Test marketing has convinced them - rightly or wrongly - that this is the most effective way to win the election.

Several comments on this...
Anyone witnessing something like this can sign a sworn affidavit attesting to what they saw. If in fact they did see what actually happened, once the affidavit is publicized, you might be surprised at what will happen. The thing to remember is, *if* the Demonrat scum actually *did* commit the crime, they *know* they committed it, they *know* they could get prosecuted, and they will start to calculate their odds.
Yes, they will try to get away with it. Yes, the Demonrat D.A. will not want to prosecute. But you would be surprised at how these things can unravel, despite the best-laid plans of the scum to try to cover their tracks.
The other thing is... signatures have to *compare* between a voter registration card, or voter registration application, and a ballot. In Oregon, where all of the balloting is done by mail, the signatures are compared at the time the ballot is opened. Yes, the old bats at the polling places or the county clerk's orifice may be unwilling to throw out ballots with mismatched signatures.
But that's where the election volunteering comes in. We need volunteers at every single precinct polling place in the country for this election, to make sure that any leftist rodents attempting to circumvent proper procedures know that there are some very mean people watching their every move.
Along with being criminals, Demonrats are cowards. They only function well when they can carry out their skulduggery in private, in the safety of their own little coven cluster. Once they're out in the open, with the light shining on them, they fold up like a broken tricycle and fall apart like a ten-cent flute.
I think most of us have known for quite awhile that Democrats will cheat to win. But I am more worried this election year than any other because of the pure hatred and ignorance many democrats have for Bush. I have no doubt they are committing fraud in this election and I think it's worse than in 2000. I agree we have to do everything we can to stop this fraud and bring it to public attention. We can't just talk about it if we aren't prepared to do whatever we can in our current position to fix the problem. I just hope that the Bush Campaign and the RNC are taking this very serious and have equal or even more resource's to find and prevent these things from happening before the election and on election day. We need an equal amount of lawyers at these polling places if not more. This is a very serious threat and I think the election fraud committed by the Democrats this election is worse than it has been in quite awhile. We have to do whatever it takes to prevent this and get President George W. Bush Re-elected this November.
