Yes, and if you cut the tail off of a black cat during a full moon and boil it down to bones rubbing them on your stomach will make you invisible.

Doctor Disapproves Of Raisin Remedy?

We would be horrified if someone drank gin (or any alcoholic beverage) to alleviate arthritis pain. The recipe calls for golden raisins soaked in gin which is then allowed to evaporate.... Story

People on my dad’s side of the family always claimed bee stings prevented arthritis. Seriously.

But then they were bee keepers, among other things. I think maybe it could have been something good to justify getting stung.

I always thought it was weird because on TV you’d see people messing with the bees wearing a fancy bee suit. My relatives didn’t have a suit or a special hat either. Never used gloves from what I could tell. Only used that smoke can. Either they were sort of tough or the bees were pretty docile. They always claimed they didn’t get stung very often.

This woman is an HMO's wet dream:

"Yes, Mr. Patterson, we have you MRI back, and unfortunately you have a major aneuhrysm in the brain. The good news, however, is that your group plan will pay for a fifth of 'Jack' to drown your sorrows every other week."

My mother took a glass of vodka every day for her 94 years.

I always wondered about incipient alcoholism, but she never staggered.

Teresa staggers.

What a kook. Can you just imagine how the white house would look with jars all over the place filled with various fruits and booze concoctions?

All remedies for common ailments of course. Not like she's got a drinking problem or aything like that.

And on page 12 of the New Kerry Health Plan, it states to put a dish of salt under the pillow to relieve a headache. I need a HUGE bowl!

Lest it be misinterpreted, the "!" stands for "exclamation point" to what you wrote.

It works. Really.

Spoken by a sufferer of seronegative spondyloarthropathy.

When my daughter's babysitter's grandmother told me this, I laughed. Then I tried it at the urging of Mrs. Principled. It works. No lie.

Nevertheless, Tu Raizzz a is an idiot.
