On the nights of November 9 and 10, rampaging mobs throughout Germany and the newly acquired territories of Austria and Sudetenland freely attacked Jews in the street, in their homes and at their places of work and worship. At least 96 Jews were killed and hundreds more injured, more than 1,000 synagogues were burned (and possibly as many as 2,000), almost 7,500 Jewish businesses were destroyed, cemeteries and schools were vandalized, and 30,000 Jews were arrested and sent to concentration camps.
The official German position on these events, which were clearly orchestrated by Goebbels, was that they were spontaneous outbursts. The Fuehrer, Goebbels reported to Party officials in Munich, "has decided that such demonstrations are not to be prepared or organized by the party, but so far as they originate spontaneously, they are not to be discouraged either." This pogrom has come to be called, Kristallnacht or "the Night of Broken Glass."
Before anyone jumps to any conclusions, I wish to state emphatically that I am NOT saying or implying in any way, shape, manner, or form, that the Democrat Party or its members are Nazis. Even though they often accuse Republicans of being Nazis, I will not stoop to their level.
There are some disturbing similarities in recent events and news stories with those of Kristallnacht. Bush/Cheney campaign offices are being shot at or broken into. Swastikas are burned or sprayed with weed killer into the lawns of people with Bush/Cheney signs in their yard. Yard signs are defaced or stolen. Cars are keyed or otherwise defaced for having Bush/Cheney bumper stickers (my own van included). Children have signs ripped out of their hands and torn up because they and their parents support President Bush.
In the mean time, Democrat Party officials are falsely accusing Republicans of trying to intimidate voters and suppress the black vote. There is no evidence of this. In fact there is evidence of Democrats trying to suppress the military vote as they did in 2000 in Florida (see stories of Gov. Rendell in PA). There is also evidence of Democrats trying to intimidate Republican early voters in Florida. In at least three counties in Ohio there are now more registered voters than residents. This was the same state where a worker was paid in crack cocaine for completed voter registrations.
While no one has been killed yet, this is as much a program of intimidation and demoralization directed against Republicans as the original Kristallnacht was against the Jews. Have you seen any stories in the MSM about this? If it had been Republicans involved in this do you think you could have avoided hearing about it?
I do have good news and not because I saved a bunch of money by changing my car insurance. The Democrats are losing and know that they losing big. They know that they cant win by playing fairly. Our job is to get out the vote for George W Bush so that it wont be close enough for them to steal. I believe they will try no matter what we do.
In October of 2000, I coined the phrase "Broken Glass Republican" to demonstrate my determination to vote for Bush and keep Al Gore out of the White House. It is time to ensure that the Broken Glass Republicans not only get out and vote but that they bring others with them. The Democrats cant steal what aint close.
Vote early and bring three friends. I did.

As for this post, I have read in many historical accounts reference to this event as Reichskristallnacht, because of the official nature of its provocation.
That being the case, perhaps your post is referring to a possible Demskristallnacht. Just a quick notion. Be well.
I am sorry to hear your mother's passing. My condolences to you. As for the Dems, they sure act nuts.
Prayers for your family -
The tactics being used "do" bring history back - many are the exact same from the 1930s-40s.(just different names and different people) No matter who is doing them.
Something needs doing soon before we "do" get solidly on to the road being taken in France. They are a few steps ahead in the tactics there -
If anyone puts this up to conspiracy or imagination - then they don't know their history and how things are constantly being repeated down through the years - And that includes tactics used to intimidate - in my opinion -
Personally I think John Kerry is awfully close to calling for revolution. I'm not really concerned about it for several reasons.
Right off the top John Kerry runs into opposition from a full half of the country. I think about 3/4 of his support would drop away as they realize that their candidate is insane.
There IS no line, that is far enough, to democrats.
ABB
naziis
hitler
bushler
Cheney's daughter
Bork
partial birth abortion
thugs at Florida polling stations
paying for voter registrations with cocaine
stolen elections
they'll take away your social security
they'll draft you
they'll halt the civil rights movement
It all depends on what is, is;
And to a democrat, there simply is no line between right and wrong.
I won't stoop to call the violent members of the opposition Nazis either, but I WILL call them brown shirt fascists. And as long as the MSM and the opposition leadership won't publicly denounce the violence of the brown shirt fascists, and demand arrests and prosecutions, then as far as I am concerned, they are co-fascists. Congratulations on "broken glass Republican." I liked it the first time I read it. I just didn't know where it came from.
If the brown shirt fascists try a "kristallnacht" they're going to eat that broken glass.
Hey, it started last night where I live - they broke the mirror off my car with the Bush sticker - Now I'm gonna put stickers on the Van, and hide inside with the dog (the mean one)
I am so sorry for your loss. My mother died in the early summer, after a brutal year-long battle with ovarian cancer. I promise, it does get better.
You have my sympathy. It has been five years for me
this month since I lost my mother, October 24, tomorrow.
So sorry about your loss.
Whatever the Democrats say, I believe the opposite and I'm always right.
Always!!
Simple test.
BTTT
I'm so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. If there is anything, anything at all, please let me know.
