He is Seeking the Presidency of a Nation He Loathes

‘Stolen Honor’ was conceived and sponsored by a courageous group of Pennsylvania veterans. Sinclair Broadcasting caved to extortive bullying as a result of pressure and vicious threats that have no historic precedent. The threats initiated with complaints to various government agencies. They grew into calls for boycotting the program’s advertisers. And they increased yet more into a combination of trial lawyer/government bureaucrat strong-arming, threatening lawsuits against Sinclair shareholders. The stock took a terrible hit last week (falling more than fifteen percent) as a result, and that stock action painfully hit investors in the pocketbook, causing even some of those who believe in the documentary to pressure Sinclair to shelve it. Although Sinclair offered the Kerry campaign equal time to refute the contents of the documentary, the Kerry forces declined the offer and then proceeded to claim that Sinclair was being unfair -- not to mention unlawful -- in presenting ‘only one side’ of Kerry’s post-Vietnam story.

John Kerry, in his 1971 testimony before the senate, stated:

We are more guilty than any other body of violations of those Geneva conventions, in the use of free-fire zones, harassment interdiction fire, search and destroy missions, the bombings, the torture of prisoners, the killing of prisoners, accepted policy by many units in South Vietnam … They had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Kahn, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned foodstocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam.

While still in uniform, Kerry also met in Paris with representatives of North Vietnam while our forces were still engaged in the prosecution of a war.

The ninth commandment warns against committing perjury/bearing false witness against your neighbor. John Kerry bore false, excoriating, treasonous witness against more than half a million of his own countrymen who served in Vietnam. He caused untold heartache and grief for the family members of those men. He provided aid and comfort to the enemy of this country during a time of war. He willingly admitted to (and accused his fellow countrymen of) entirely fabricated atrocities – fabricated atrocities to which thousands of his captured fellow soldiers would not admit, and for which thousands of his fellow soldiers endured months, and sometimes years, of unimaginable torture. Some of them gave up their lives at the hands of Vietcong barbarians who used Lt. Kerry’s testimony to intensify their physical and emotional torment.

There are many military experts who believe that, without the ratcheting up of the activities of the anti-war movement in the early seventies (of which John Kerry was an integral part, and served in a leadership position), the war in Vietnam might well have ended two years earlier than it did – and with an entirely different outcome. Not only did John Kerry directly contribute to the level of torture endured by his fellow countrymen, he also, indirectly, personally contributed to the number of American deaths that occurred during the last two years of that war.

John Kerry has not apologized for his perjurious (and, worse, injurious) lies. On the contrary, John Kerry has repeatedly pointed to the four months he spent posing in Vietnam as evidence of his allegiance and personal heroism. As recently as a few days ago, on a campaign stop in Pennsylvania, he reflected proudly and arrogantly on his ‘fighting in defense of America and in defense of freedom.’

Contrary to his, and his supporters’, claims, John Kerry himself did everything in his power to avoid Vietnam duty. He applied for a student deferment in order to study in Paris. When the deferment was denied, he signed up as a Naval reservist, believing that such service would keep him stateside. When his unit was called up, he opted for Swift Boat duty, at a time when Swift Boats were not generally seeing combat. In short, other than seeking asylum across our northern border, John Kerry did everything possible to avoid serving his country.

But, once it appeared that his plans not to experience combat were not going to work, he decided to use his tour of duty in Vietnam to (1) build a phony resume as a man of honor (backed by super-eight movies which captured ‘re-creations’ of his phony heroism), and (2) find a way to get himself out of southeast Asia – a way that involved looking like a wounded hero, with as little pain as possible. And intense personal lobbying for a few valor medals would simply add to his self-serving resume. It would appear that – except to the most informed, studious observers (well represented here on this forum) -- he has succeeded on all counts.

John Kerry and the democrat party are well aware that the war in Iraq, and the war against terrorism in general, are the focal points of this election. They are also well aware of the Bush administration’s near miraculous prosecution of that war, and the rebuilding of the nation that America liberated.

They are aware of the fact that one of the most brutal dictators of modern times is behind bars, and that the nation that suffered for decades under his deadly, torturous, oppressive regime is successfully taking its first steps toward achieving representative government and a culture of freedom and economic independence.

They are aware of the fact that schools, print and visual media, power supplies, commerce, healthcare, economic health, and the general infrastructure of the nation of Iraq are more prosperous and vigorous today than they have ever been in the nation’s history – and surely more healthy than they were under the brutal rule of Saddam Hussein. And all of the healing, rebuilding and cultural advancement has been accomplished without the help of the ‘allies’ (especially France, Germany, and Russia) that John Kerry insistently accuses the Bush administration of ‘slighting’.

And impressive amounts of rebuilding have occurred in an astounding eighteen months time. The ‘allies’ of which Mr. Kerry speaks – and whom he elevates over his own county’s welfare -- not only placed roadblocks in the way of the American and coalition successes, they also handsomely benefited, economically, from association with Hussein’s brutal, oppressive rule. In other words, Mr. Kerry’s allegiance lies with global entities who stood (and in some ways still stand) to benefit from the failure of American and coalition efforts.

Yet why is it that John Kerry lies about all of this? Why is it that he accuses President Bush of ‘failure after failure’ in Iraq? Why is it that he accuses President Bush of ‘not having an exit strategy’? Why is it that he claims that virtually everything the Bush administration does is rooted in failure?

John Kerry still bears false witness in his campaign rhetoric for the same reason he bore false witness on the floor of the senate thirty-three years ago: John Kerry wants to be President of the United States. He, like most of his Winter Soldier cohorts, deplores the noble underpinnings of our republic. John Kerry’s dubious distinction as ‘the most liberal member of the senate’ was earned over twenty years of casting votes and supporting programs whose purpose is to dimantle America. John Kerry is a globalist/socialist. Occasionally his true agenda leaks out (as in his ‘we must pass a global test’ comment during the first debate), but he is a artiste extraordinaire at cloaking his leftist agenda in a mantle of lies – lies that not only obscure the truth, but lies that cost the lives, and added to the torment, of countless of our countrymen three decades ago, in a war half a world away.

His modern lies, if successful, may well cost the lives, and freedoms, of countless more Americans. His allegiance lies in something not found within America’s borders.

If you haven’t yet watched Stolen Honor in its entirety, please take forty-two minutes out of your day to do so. And pass on this necessary, noble documentary to as many people as you can over the next nine days. We cannot allow an evil, devious, traitorous, conscienceless man to ascend to the Presidency of a nation whose foundations he loathes, and whose people he considers expendable.

Kerry lies about everything. He invents and reinvents himself at will. He has no backbone. I fear for the nation and the world if he is elected. When challenged, like with the SwiftBoat Vets and Sinclair's intent to show Stolen Honor, he tried the thuggish tactic of intimidation.

They connected the dots in 1998 but Senator Kerry and MSM can't seem to connect the dots in 2004.

Here is an easy to read chart of what the media was saying pre-911 (and after): Connect the Dots...Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden.

And HUSSEINandTERROR.com

Lots of facts and quotes about the president-wannabe at the John F. Kerry Timeline.

Bravo Joanie!

Very good.

We know that a young Kerry knew JFK, he knew the PT-109
story, he knew the part it played in JFK getting elected.
We know that Kerry has always wanted to be President, so
much so that his classmates would play "Hail to the Chief"
on Kazoos when he would enter a room.
When he could not get the fifth deferment he joined the
navy in a bid to emulate his hero. When the war turned all
too real he quickly managed an out, leaving his crew to their fate. Returning home he discovered that his heroism
was NOT a ticket to office but a liability so he quickly
turned did a 180 and used it anyway in a bid to secure a
position/notoriety with the antiwar movement.
We know on his Honeymoon that he met with agents of the
North Vietnamese government and discussed the situation
in vietnam and at the peace talks with them, while still
on inactive reserve.

I cannot see how a man can run for president and NO MAJOR MEDIA will call on him to release his Form 180.
Is this what we've come to?
This is the death of our republic if we don't stop it NOW!

He appears to intend to be (king, that is), no matter the election results. He is already choosing his cabinet, and has a boatload of lawyers ready to contest any close state results (which the democrats are ensuring, through voter fraud). It's going to be a painful wait, and we are going to witness fraud and deceit on an unprecedented level.

MSM can't seem to connect the dots in 2004

There's a vast difference between can't and won't.

I've read the timeline. It's a masterful piece of research. Thanks for the links.

Thanks for the article. Isn't it interesting that John F. Konsistency belittles and demands apologies from President Bush when he himself refuses to apologize for his anti-American Vietnam-related activities?

Kerry's every step and word have been calculated for decades with the presidency in mind. He loathes the America of today, but he want to transform it into the France of his fantasy. May his campaign soon be relegated to the bad-memory dustbin of history.

Thanks, Tom.

I didn't know about the kazoo rendition of 'Hail to the Chief'. It would be funny, if it didn't have deeper meaning now.

I agree completely with you about his Form 180. Twenty years ago allowing a man who is unwilling to have his military records released in their entirety (most likely because they would show a reversed dishonorable discharge, or something equally damning) would have been unthinkable. What have we come to?

This is the death of our republic if we don't stop it NOW!

Unofrtunately, I agree.

Yuo are so correct. Should he win, I would imagine that the following would occur: Bill Clinton to Secretary General of the UN (Which Slick Willie has stated that he would consider) and Hillary to the Supreme Court.
