WHY BUSH WILL WIN RE ELECTION
10/27/04 | Jim Boldebook

Posted on 10/27/2004 10:41:06 AM PDT by JimB in Venice

Solid reasons why President George W. Bush will be re elected Nov 2.

TOPICS: Your Opinion/Questions
KEYWORDS: bush; campaign; election; kerry; november2; victory; win
First and foremost, the issue of terrorism and safety. More people trust President Bush to handle the war on terror and the war in Iraq by double digits over Kerry...and that is the single most important issue on most peoples minds.

The economy is solid. Economy runs a solid second on issues and the economy is good. Interest rates are low. Unemployement is low. The tax cuts are working and most people believe that the high price of oil is temporary (and they are right.. at least $10.00 per barrel fudge/fear factor will disappear as stability increases in middle east.)

Catholics and Evangelicals will come out in droves to support President Bush. On Oct 19 all five of New Jerseys Roman Catholic Dioceses jointly demonstrated to urge voters to cast ballots for leaders who uphold church teaching that life must be protected from the moment of conception until natural death. (i.e...read BUSH)

It's estimated that some 4 million Evangelicals sat out the last election. They wont this time. They will come out in droves for Bush.

President Bush will get at least DOUBLE the amount of Black vote as the last election.. some Black leaders say it will be even greater than that. Its primarily family issues here. Abortion. Gay marriage. Vouchers. etc.

President Bush will get at least twice, maybe as much as three times the Jewish vote this election. The Jewish Press has endorsed Bush and one of the highest ranking Rabbis in Israel has told his following to vote BUSH.

The military vote will go overwhelmingly for Bush...and that includes MILITARY families and close friends.

Young families will vote for Bush because of the families values issues and the child tax credit.

The Hispanic vote will substantially higher for Bush in this election.

The fear of liberal appointees to the Supreme Court will draw many conservative voters to the polls.

Security moms are out in force for Bush.

The State constitutional amendments regarding Gay marriage are expected to draw substantial conservative vote which obviously helps Bush.

The support and endorsement of President Putin of Russia, the leaders of Poland, Italy and Israel all have sent a strong message to voters who understand that many of these countries know terrorism first hand.

The slimy tactics of the Democrats, including Rathergate, voter fraud, Michael Moore and George Soros have turned off on the Dem side...who will either vote for Bush or not vote at all.

And I'll bet you could think of several more reasons yourself. These issues will converge on Nov 2 to produce at great victory for G.W. Bush.

What in Heaven's name were these people thinking? Do they want to have a President who will exclude traditional religious believers (particularly with respect to abortion) from the Supreme Court and even the broader judiciary? I sure hope these people have come to their senses.

If Drudge's story is true about a new video threatening violence against the US, then it helps Bush as well. No one wants some wimp from Massachusetts in charge of defending this nation.

That's all correct. It has made people planning to vote for Bush that much more firm in their choice. But, I don't know how people calling themselves undecided (at this late stage) would be affected by these things you noted and which have been obvious all along. No new developments in the facts you listed (except for the latest dirty tricks stuff)

However, between vote fraud and the complicit MSM, Kerry gains 5-20 million votes. It's going to be close... then it will be contested... then there will be "unfaithful electors" in January. It won't even be decided for another 70 days!! =^(

I believe the biggest sign pointing to a Bush victory is the way Kerry is acting. Kerry is out trying to make ground on a report which has been proven false but has proceeded to use it as if it were true.

A candidate who expects to win simply does not do that.

I believe that all these vanities will be singularly responsible for Bush's defeat. KIDDING.

I agree with you.

What in Heaven's name were these people thinking?

I think the DWI offese of 29 years earlier on Bush kept them away....THAT and the election was nasty then...and Bush almost lost to Gore...they now realize their vote is needed or we are going to end up with a liar, a traitor and a very sKerry person directing our country as President

The candidate leading after Labor day usually wins........ No Democrat
in recent history have overcome a labor day lead by a Republican.
"Only Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush have overcome a Labor Day lead
by their opponent since 1948" Bush led on Labor day.

"The Gallup polls taken between October 12 and 16, have been very
strong predictors. They have identified the winner in every election
since 1952" Bush led.

Senators rarely win, Its been over 40 years. JFK was the last and just
barely.

Amazingly only * three* incumbents have lost in the last *90* years,
*all* had bad economies dogging them.

Economic indicators favor re-election of the incumbent. Eight
forecasting models are unanimous in predicting Bush will defeat
Democrat John Kerry
http://quote.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000103&sid=a1OhVbkS8pp4&refer=us

No wartime President seeking re-election has lost, *ever*.

All sucessful Democrat challengers in recent history have been
Governors from the south.

No Democrat has been sucessful in recent history without carrying the
south. The south is solid Bush country.

No challenger has won without at least an 8 point gallup convention
bump. Kerrys went negative. Bush has inarguably now a signifigant
bounce. And the media had told us everyone was decided already.

Gallup Approval numbers for Bush are in re-election territory.

Not too meaningful but interesting...If the market is up on the last
day of an incumbents convention, 80% of them were re-elected. Market
was up real good on the last day of the RNC.

Kerrys wife is a kook. Its not an indicator, but must be mentioned
anyways. http://strangecosmos.com/images/content/102440.jpg

Bush wins the Scholastic poll another very accurate predictor.
Scholastic has been conducting polls since 1940, with predictions only
wrong in two close elections: 1948 when students chose Thomas Dewey
over Harry Truman, and 1960, predicting Richard Nixon would beat John
Kennedy. The children are reflecting their parents no doubt. And it
is a huge poll much larger then normal polls. It even predicted the
Bush electoral victory in 2000.

BOO..........

"For the last six presidential elections, since Ronald Reagan's first
victory, sales of rubber Halloween masks caricaturing the Republican
and Democratic candidates have predicted the next president, according
to an Internet costume seller. President Bush is leading so far this
year. "The mask
sales have been 100 percent accurate," Haight said. "So far we have no
reason to believe this year will be any different."

Pew Research .........
http://people-press.org/reports/display.php3?PageID=750 Post-9/11
Parity "The Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and Bush's response to the
attacks, marked a major turning point in party identification.
Republican party identification rose to 30%, while the Democrats fell
to 31%, putting the parties into a virtual tie for the allegiance of
the public. Because Republicans traditionally turn out to vote in
higher numbers than do Democrats, the current division in party
affiliation among the public could provide the GOP with a slight
electoral advantage, all other things being equal."

This has become the way of the Dem campaign! I think more are getting desensitized to their "games" and by now.....most minds are made up...Bush will win and maybe even a landslide....this garbage is getting old and expected from the Democrats and Kerry.....it's not like a good, honest candidate who throws out something bad at the end of a campaign....it is KERRY...and his mold is set...not believable and not listening any more..

Pep talk. If the reasons are "solid", then why even hold an election?

Dubya will win if the Redskins beat the Packers on Sunday. To understand why read James Taranto's yesterday's Best of the Web Today.

no stones being throw...just facts. There was some reason 4mil Evangelicals didn't go to the polls in 2000...5 days before voting the DWI incident came out..another dirty trick and everyone KNOWS it was when Bush was young...but, it could have affected Christian voters...even though, of course, many have family problems...

And I'll bet you could think of several more reasons yourself.

Kerry brings absolutely nothing to the table, and has offered no convincing reason to vote for him, no reason for his base to be energized.

I know this is superficial, but if my wife says so it must be true, another reason Bush will win is his face doesn't look like Mr. Ed with Botox.

I think I overtly influenced her when I showed her a post of side by side photos of Bush (clearing brush on his ranch) and Kerry (at NASA in bunny suit) captioned "who do you trust to kill terrorists?"
