I am depressed.

My sense is we hold Florida but lose PA, OH, WI and MI.

I do not understand how people can be this stupid.

I am further depressed by the knowledge that the Republicans in the Senate will do nothing to stop the Kerry court appointments.

Any hope of victory in the War on Terror or even sustaining a ban on partial birth abortion in my lifetime is lost.

What I find funny is that if there's a tie that puts all the power to decide this in OUR hands...and people are getting depressed about that! Excuse me, but this means it's COMPLETELY up to us now. Bush and Kerry did all they could, and this is a whole new ballgame, the equivalent of the tie coming in the bottom of the 9th. Which means we're back to square one and start the race tomorrow.

I thought it was the democrats who want others to run their lives.

Tomorrow all our votes count equally--I don't mean in some nambyppamby we are the world sense. (And don't start with the whining about voter fraud, that's for Republican lawyers and watchers to deal with.)

It's all tied up in the ninth. We have to go out there and knock one out of the park. Winners aren't winning about that; they're eager for the opportunity.

What's over??? The poll? The world? Life as we know it? Breakfast?

I don't think it's over until it's over. How about you?

Let's just poll and not vote. Right?

.........The tied poll was yesterday's.......

Sorry, I was being sarcastic and didn't include the '{/sarcasm}' since I was purposely highlighting the atrocious spelling in the title of that specific post. MANY posts lately seem to not care to get the spelling right in their mad-dash to post yet another poll.

Ok, that's it, this will be the last poll I will be looking at. There's only a little more than 24 hours until the REAL "poll" stops anyway. I think I can go one day without reading polls.

This Fox poll is sh*t.

It shows men and women both favor Kerry 47-46.

NO WAY.

Stop it. If you can say something optimistic do it, but quit your name calling.

Get a grip. Even assuming your gloomy predictions, iowa and Mn. could bring the election of Pres. Bush again.

Who does Fox's polling? This trend they claim in the past four days is very suspicious.

I for one an very concerned about the closeness of the polls. Even though Kerry is ahead by only one or two points you must factor in the margin of error this is still a dead heat.

However, my main concern is the newly registered 3 million voters among the young crowd. The bulk of the new young skullfulls of mush were registered by the Dems!!!! Unfortunately, being young new graduates, most of the new voters were not included in any polling. because the vast majority of them (about 89%) can only be reached by cell phones. If a large amount of them show up to vote (the majority of these 18-19 year olds are registered Dems) there will be hidden advantage for Kerry!!

I can't stress enough the importance of every Bush supporter voting.

I agree with you. Tomorrow is the big day and when we see that President Bush has been re-elected we will forget about all the polls. We won't have a memory of it until the next election. We will prevail!
