This is the Halloween poll, forget about it. Tomorrow the poll that counts, all these soothsayers practicing witchcraft called polling. It's been fun but the day of reckoning is tomorrow. Come on FReepers

SCREW THE POLLS; JUST VOTE!

Bush had a very bad Sunday. Either tons of people changed their minds at the last second or this was a Sunday holiday poll. Most pollsters will not poll on a holiday.

"REmember this is only a two day poll. Todays results are Saturday and Sunday."
This can't be stressed enough. I suspect that Halloween night probably added to the mix last night. I know around here Halloween parties are pretty popular with the kids and in general in the suburbs the parents drive them.

All I want is good things for this Country, but if we have fallen so far to elect a weak, waffling traitor, the future doesn't look bright for this Country.

Their last poll real poll showed Bush ahead by 5. I don't believe there's been a 7 point swing in just a couple of days. The bin Laden tape should be helping Bush, not hurting him. What's happened in the last couple days to move things towards Kerry? I think Fox just got a bad sample. The tracking polls go all over the place anyway. On the average they show Bush ahead by 2.

Is there any evidence of momentum towards Kerry on the ground?

What was Bush's JA?

The lated Battleground poll has Bush ahead by 3 to 5 points depending on unaided/head to head, etc. with a JA of 53%. It's been accurate in the past.

Although I would have opted for a different genitalic euphemism, I couldn't agree more with your sentiment. It's discourgaing to see so called conservatives feeding on pessimism and being such weak-kneed Chicken Littles when we're inches away from the finish line. Optimism, fortitude and never giving up--that is who we are.

If this traitorous SOB wins, this country deserves whatever it gets. I agree, but the problem is those of us who actually make the right decision have to suffer through 4 years of liberal, socialististic tax raising, firearms bans, national healthcare bull crap.

Will you stop? Stop listening to shows today and stop looking at polls. It's the people who count and they are gonna be out in full force tomorrow for Bush/Cheney. Have some faith and trust....RELAX.

Today's Fox poll has Kerry +1 among Men. This just isn't going to happen tomorrow. No other reputable pollster shows Kerry leading amonth men. Don't worry about this poll.

Remeber, the chief honcho of the parent co. of Fox said months ago that he backs Kerry. I read that right here on FreeRepublic.

He sure has trouble making a real fist doesn't he? it always looks so lame and then you couple it with that expression on his face and I say to myself and the world:

This is NOT a man we want a heartbeat from the Presidency and...his running mate is NOT a good man.

We want real men like Bush/Cheney 04

I call BS on that too.

I'm an ENT physician so I wanted to say something about Rehnquist's condition. Something is not right with the information we're getting. He has now had a tracheostomy and according to news reports (ABC, USA today), he is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. I don't have his medical records obviously so I'm going based on what I've read.

Most thyroid cancers are treated with surgery (removal of the thyroid) and radioactive iodine. Most of these types of thyroid cancers are curable. However, chemotherapy and radiation and tracheostomy are not standard of care for the usual thyroid cancers that we see. However, there are a few very aggressive thyroid cancers that do require radiation, chemotherapy and tracheostomies. People do not usually survive these cancers longer than 6 months to a year. I'm just guessing here but based on his treatment, I'm guessing he has this aggressive type of thyroid cancer. And if that's the case, more than likely he won't be with us longer than a year regardless of treatment. God bless justice Rehnquist. Hopefully he can beat the odds but if he doesn't, there will be a new supreme court justice to put on the bench within the year. Remember that when you vote!

Yeah, I know. I think, if this country votes Kerry, than this Country should just take a knee and retreat from the world. If we are this weak, we shouldn't lead. Hand it over to China.

If Kerry wins, I will also hold Bush responsible. The Bush team left so many attacks go unanswered.

This is total bulls***. Bush will win. Kerry can't pull this off - I just don't believe that a majority of Americans will entrust their security to this liberal weenie.
