"I'm proud to support George W. Bush for President! " I have to admit...there are times I wish W was more conservative, spent less and stopped going to the UN, but I still think he is a good man and the right man for these times.

What a reality check it must be for them. Here they were, expecting to have a say in American elections from now on( that is, after all, Ketchup Boy's ultimate goal: the 'free world' electing the 'leader of the free world")and now- gee, their boy is a LOSER.
They have no right to choose our President; they will never have the right to choose our President, or control this country.
Now, what about 'activists' like US getting involved in their elections and politics?! We can start with France!

We don't count the England as part of Europe. Scotland and Wales, maybe. Even Canada. But not England.

I second that, but considering the alternatives,(Gore, Kerry) there is no one I would trust more than GWB to kick some terrist A$$......

Praise God and pass the ammo! Look out, Osama, we are coming for YOU and your furry little camel humping friends.....

Priceless. If only they knew how their angst and sorry just fill many of us with glee and joy.

unfair as it was

You know what I meant. While it's obviously pure speculation, I'm not sure that the Allies wouldn't have won anyway, even if the U.S. never enters World War II. Britain was a more than adequate match for Germany. I DO think, though, that the U.S.'s entry shortened the war considerably.

Oh wait, its Euro-Healthcare.

LOL! Funny you should mention that. I caught a bit of the Prime Minister's questions in the British parliament on C-SPAN either late last night or early this morning. Some conservative MP got up and asked Blair if he was aware that women diagnosed with breast cancer had to wait months to get treatment.

Actually, Poland was a big-time player in the breakup of the Soviet Union. But, I am sure Poland is not the "Europe" you are talking about in your tagline.

I like the Bergmanesque photo, but it should be in black and white. Then throw in an overlay of Kerry's face in profile on the left. Got to convey the existential angst at the discovery that Americans aren't Europeans a little more starkly evocatively weenie-ishly.

Do you remember that hideous "world flag" the Left was trying to get everyone to use a few years ago. The media keeps speculating about how to unite a divided country. I say don't bother. I'm not interested in uniting with Leftist wackos.

"I think this is somewhat unfair, especially if you are considering Great Britain part of Europe. Remember, the United States can't exactly claim the high road in World War II. We were drug in, kicking and screaming. Britain was essentially going it alone for almost two years."

I see we need to review a bit of history. Britain acted just like France and the rest of the Europeans before world war two: They appeased Hitler and trashed Winston Churchill. We may not have committed troops until 1942, but we were supporting them with arms and escorting their convoys in the Atlantic way before Pearl Harbor.
