QUESTION??? How can California count all votes by 8:01pm?

QUESTION??? Why do they always call California for the DEMS at 8:01pm?

Is someone actually paying attention to the vote counting in California? It seems as though they ALWAYS call the election for the DEMS by 8:01pm. Am I the only one who is suspicious? I thought the 2000 race was close enough to include provisional and absentee ballots. I never heard anything.

Yeh, last night with 0% reporting, the MSM gave CA to the rats.

I know it wouldn't have gone any different with the 'Land of Fruits and Nuts' going rat, but I dont like states being called with nothing or even less than half the votes counted

Im guessing the small number of votes counted pretty much represents an overall statistical trend for the rest of the state.

They called Alabama, Kentucky, and Indiana for the GOP almost instantly after the polls closed. When the exit polling is just overwhelming you go ahead and do it. I know exit polling has gotten a big black eye this time around, but that was for calling really close states the wrong way. Alabama, Kentucky, Indiana, and California were never close. You could've called those states a full week early.

Dan Rather had a memo that said "California goes for Kerry".

Rather ALWAYS obeys his handlers.

Barbara Streisand is a volunteer poll worker and a quick counter... "1 for Bush... 1 For Kerry... 2 for Bush... 18 for Kerry... 3 for Bush... 1 million, two hundred sixty five thousand, Three Hundred and Twenty Two for Kerry... James... I'm all done!!!"

Because Cali is a leftist hellhole like New York and Massholechusetts. The bulk of the population lives on the coast and they determine elections.

OK... that's not even funny, because I think that's how it's done. No one is keeping an eye on California.

Isn't Hollywood Conservative an oxymoron?

Oh, you noticed that too?

California had zero precincts reporting and it goes to Effin'...

....but Florida with 97% precincts reporting with Bush ahead 100K votes...still too close to call!

Central CA is highly Republican already. It's the San Fran and LA areas mostly that go dem.
You'd have to go into those hellholes to try to change things.
