Please be nice. You have to understand that for these people, the gimmiecrat party is a substitute religion. In a word, they are perennial adolescents. God, I shutter to think how suggestible I was in my salad days. The poor fish was probably a very nice fellow. Let us be kind to the ignorant.

"Jeffim Kuznetsov, a 25-year-old student from Russia who lives in Atlanta, said the suicide is evidence of how deeply many Americans were affected by Kerry's defeat.
"It's a national tragedy," he said. "This election is devastating to all who believe in democracy.""
What does a Russian know about Democracy?
And where was this clown when first Yeltsin, then Putin suborned that joke of a Russian "democracy"?
Even more, where was this moronic dumb-ass Russian when Brezhnev ruled the Soviet Union as a brutal dictatorship for decades?
Shut up already Ivan!

Thanks for both comments. Reagan was just exactly what this country needed after the Carter debacle.

God help his family. Politics is no reason for suicide. Open warfare, maybe. But not suicide. My prayers are with those who knew him. May God comfort their pain and lead them to solice.

Actually, the lower the gauge, the larger the weapon. Witness 10 gauge vs. 20 gauge. So a .12 gauge shot gun might be field artillery-sized or greater. :0]

Notice I said Reagan is, not was, because He is not Dead, He is just away, and that is more true now since 11/2/04. God bless Ronald Reagan, God bless George Bush, and God bless America.

"It's a national tragedy," he said. "This election is devastating to all who believe in democracy."
No, balloonhead. It's not a NATIONAL tragedy if a majority of people voted in the guy. Isn't that the definition of "democracy"?
I actually feel sorry for the poor idiot, but moreso for his family. Thanks to him, they will think of losing their kid every time Bush is mentioned or is in the news.
This is the product of our childish culture, where we have "adults" reading comic books, playing X-Boxes and living at home forever (it used to be embarassing just to stay til you were 40--now some NEVER leave). They attach such personal value to elections without applying intellectual distance.
Let me put it this way: I bet this guy hated Bush, but he couldn't have a rational discussion about the issues, name his congressman, or discuss the Magna Carta, Versailles, the Bay of Pigs, or even more recent historical events. But he knew who said "Vote or Die!" and who Springsteen and Michael Stipe were backing for president.

Wonder what was the last thing that went through his mind??? Guess there are a few pro-gun Dems, well one less.

He could have been one of the misguided souls who blames "American imperialism" (which he sees epitomized by Bush) for bringing on the attack.

True, Athens is the home of REM, Michael Stipe, and hundreds of liberal townies. However, in defense of the place I lived for 5 years that also serves as the home of my alma mater, the University of Georgia, we also have the largest college republicans chapter in the nation :)

these hell holes. fallujah.ramadi. and al-sadr city have to be made an example of.....they need to be turned into less than rubble- a place where not even a cockroach could live and this needs to be done with air and stand off weapons.
these vermin need an incendiary send-off to hell
To: stiga bey
Yes but .12 would be 12 one hundreths of a 12 gauge since there is no .12 gauge that I know of.

As for liberals saying they are going to move if Bush won the election,I haven't seen or heard of one actually leaving, it is just more of their rhetoric, so don't anyone hold their breath waiting on the dock to wish them a Bon Voyage!
