SAN FRANCISCO -- Gay and lesbian advocates have been doing some soul-searching since President Bush's election victory, wondering if same-sex wedding marches through San Francisco and Massachusetts tipped the scales to Republicans promising to restore traditional values.

"There was never any attempt to counter the minority, right-wing religious morality that Bush was preaching with morality about equality and being in a country that welcomes and embraces diversity and is based on freedom of religion and freedom of beliefs," Kors said.

If they continue to lie so baldly, the homosexuals will never get anywhere with their agenda. This is a "don't piss on my head and tell me it's raining" kind of thing. All they do is lie and whine about their situation and there is little that we can do about it except vote against it when given the opportubity. BTW, the Log Cabin Republicans did not bother to endorse Bush. Wait a few seconds and you'll hear them asking for the Bush administration to make room in the teent for them. Let's hope the elephant remembers.

Gay maggots who push the gay agenda have no souls, and they are out in full force after Kerry stuffed them into the rat closet the past few months.

Undaunted Leno revs up marriage issue
San Francisco Chronicle ^ | 11/7/4 | Phillip Matier, Andrew Ross

Posted on 11/07/2004 8:30:56 AM PST by SmithL

Flying in the face of conventional wisdom, San Francisco state Assemblyman Mark Leno will bring the fight for same-sex marriage back into the spotlight, making it the first order of business when the Legislature reconvenes next month.

Leno, who is gay, is calling for the state to change its definition of marriage from a contract "between a man and a woman'' to a contract "between two persons.''

In other words, legalize same-sex marriage.

I hope they get more radical, and catch more backlash until they are lashed back to being unacceptable in their sexual behavior.

...and being in a country that welcomes and embraces diversity

How can these morons say these words with a straight face any more? Embrace diversity? For whom? Certainly not for Christians. Certainly not for people who DISAGREE with on-demand abortion and infanticide, public same-sex displays, and gay marriage.

"It gives them a position to rally around," said Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., who once served as San Francisco's mayor. "That whole issue has been too much, too fast, too soon. People aren't ready for it."

Wow, within less than a week, I'm hearing the reason why gay marriage was so resoudingly repudiated; we're just not ready. We will be; could be tomorrow, a year or two, maybe ten years if the gay curricula is instituted too slowly. But we will be, someday, right?

Let's keep them feasting on this bone of hope ... let's not give them the idea that they have screwed up in multigeneraltional way .... what's the old saying ... when they are imploding, don't get in the way of the process ...?

As long as they keep up the 'were here, were queer, and were in your face' tactic they will lose bitterly.

And they don't even realize it.

They still don't get it?

Let's see if we can say it loud enough:

We liked you much better when you stayed in your closets than in our faces!

Your 'role' was to exercise your right to vote. You did. You lost. The people have spoken.

Yep, we crazy religious wackos who think homosexuality is a disgusting, disease-ridden lifestyle are a MINORITY, and that's why Bush won by MANDATE!

I swear, libs just are not right in the head.

They're here, they're queer, and I will never stop saying it.

What they are asking for is Queer marriage ... there's nothing at all cute or jovial or gay or fun about it.

I have a lesbian friend at work that is offended evertime there is a gay prade event covered in the paper. She knows that if gay pride parades offend her they must be devistating to the rest of the hetro world. The more flamboyant the activists get the more the nation will turn against rest of them. I see her point.

I submit the lopsided results of 11 states show that citizens DO consider homosexual conduct unacceptable. It may very well be that PC thought crimes keep people from uttering their true sentiments.

This is why the homo-advocates are going to work very hard to keep voters from expressing their opinions. This is why the homo-advocates SHALL push harder for access to children in the public schools. (they will work to indoctrinate the vast majority of children who are attending public schools) This is why the homo-advocats SHALL push harder in the courts.

If Leno truly believes in tolerence and diversity, I wonder why he's seeking to limit marraige to only two persons. Allowing polygamous marriages would be a big step toward true diversity in marriage.
