THEY CALL THEMSELVES “ELITE” I CALL THEM CHILDREN

THEY CALL THEMSELVES “ELITE” I CALL THEM CHILDREN

I have been reading the liberals’ reaction to the election with a mix of howling amusement, great satisfaction along with a small amount of sheer horror at the thought that they actually stood a chance of wining.

There has been a lot of talk about why Bush was re-elected and what issue actually turned the tide. The more I read the more I am convinced that this election was not about competing “values” but one of adults saying, to the spoiled children that make up the ranks of the liberal “elite”, that you are not mature enough to lead this country in a time of peace much less in a time of war. Liberals in this country have so convinced themselves that being coarse, profane, condescending, narcissistic and utterly without manners or morals, is somehow sophisticated, open minded and intellectual. In other words, they view “Southpark” as a user manual for civil discourse and political philosophy.

They are in no way “elite” they are simply the 5 year old child in Wall-Mart throwing a tantrum because the parents will not let him have the toy he wants. Just like many of those 5 year olds their parents have given in too many times just to stop the tantrum long enough to get out of the store. For the last 4 years these liberal “elites” have been throwing a tantrum from Hollywood to the DNC. They have been writhing on the floor of the national “Wal-Mart” and screaming their lungs out because, based on past experience, they just knew the adults would give in just to shut them up. Well, for once, the adults didn’t do that; instead they spanked their little behinds right there in front of the entire world.

Even now, as they rub their little bottoms, they are red faced and defiant with their tongues sticking out and their spittle ridden rants roll of their lips like Linda Blair spewing pea soup into the face of the priest in “The Exorcist”. The “elite” media outlets are in high dungeon screaming at the “idiots that voted for Bush”, while at the same time trying to come to grips with their own rapidly disappearing monopoly over who decides what is newsworthy or whose views are worthy of airing.

When the face of a movement is a proudly slovenly, physically repugnant anti-American whose call to action is for “Slackers to sleep ‘till noon, drink beer, and vote” it is obvious that it is not a movement of the “elite” it is the movement of Slackers that sleep ‘till noon, drink beer and ask dad for a loan to do it again the next day. Words mean things and the word Elite means the best and it does not fit the liberal movement in this country. Thank God that the adults did not allow the tantrum to be rewarded in this election.

I'm having a great time! In fact, I hope they keep it up and just become even more outrageous.

Those true colors are coming through and by the time this is over, they will have alienated just about everyone!

instead they spanked their little behinds right there in front of the entire world.

These days you may just leave the store in hand-cuffs for doing that. I agree with your point though; the elite are the very embodiment of spoiled children.

Let's make it a Texas troika. Their macchinations are getting hiliarious. They think they can pretend faith and morality. They are empty vessels, being blown around by any wind that blows. They really think that will do. Redefine morality, then go out and reclaim what they think they have a birthright to have. New York, Boston, L.A., and the Washington elite have moved from clueless to despondency to delusional. I do not think I am exaggerating.

What the left is really saying now is "VOTE FOR US YOU FREAKING JESUS FREAK DUMBASSES BECAUSE IT IS OUR RIGHT TO RULE OVER YOU AND IF YOU DON'T VOTE FOR US WE WILL REVOLT!!!"

Personally, this is all amusing until they truly do start to become violent (something I truly worry about). When that happens, it will truly be time to bring the troops home and turn them on their true enemies.

Noam Chomsky:

"But the doctrinal meaning of democracy is different -- it refers to a system in which decisions are made by sectors of the business community and related elites. The public are to be only "spectators of action," not "participants," as leading democratic theorists (in this case, Walter Lippmann) have explained. They are permitted to ratify the decisions of their betters and to lend their support to one or another of them, but not to interfere with matters -- like public policy -- that are none of their business."

The idea of the "elites" again. Do you like the word "betters" in there? I heard that my entire childhood being raised by one of the "betters." Believe me, they really do think they are.

And yeah, they will get violent but it won't go very far. This is not 1967. The public mood is very different.

I disagree. Children have numerous redeeming qualities, including the ability to stop their temper tantrum. When liberal "elites" start whining, they don't stop for years. They have no redeeming qualities, aren't innocent, and simply have no capacity for development. They suck.

Excellent statement. You have certainly captured one of the key differentiators behind the activists on the Left and those in the Republican Party. Thanks.

Exactly. Their reaction to losing clearly shows they were not used to hearing "no" while growing up or ever put in positions where they would have to learn to accept life's losses. "Screw this. I'm leaving!" "It's not fair! It was rigged!" "You're a big poopie head!" It's obvious these more hysterical liberals were the types who threw tantrums to get what they wanted as children, and got it. Now they can't understand not getting something simply because they really, really want it.

That's pretty much the way I see it too. The media is doing irreparable damage to them too, by printing up their tantrums so everyone can clearly see what they are.

Everyone is looking at this with their mouths agape, literally stunned by their venom.
